Fantastic quiet and safe environment. The unit is well equipped, neat and very clean.
It is very nice there, but now I have to go back again because it was so nice there.
The host was exceptionally good and communicated a lot. There was a personal touch to the room. It has everything you may need and is based just outside of the hustle and bustle of town and is close to a couple of restaurants. Very peaceful and power is available during load shedding.
Clean, tidy unit and centrally located in a very peaceful environment in the heart of the bushveld. Beautiful garden and very nice weather this time of year. Karen is very friendly and also recommended places to eat nearby. Will definitely visit Bergsig again.
The hostess received us kindly and quickly made us feel at home. From the moment we drove into the premises it felt like we were in paradise. The garden in particular is really special - very well cared for. The interior is also done with care. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back.
I will not recommend Bergsig at this time. I booked that unit because of the pool,we could not use the pool because it was dirty. The WIFI was intermittent. The DSTV did not work until a lot of up and down and only started working on Saturday evening and I missed all my sport on Saturday as that was my relaxing time. Electricity kept on going on and off and I believe the host says was the Municipality. We stayed there before but my partner was furious as it was hot and we could not swim. Will not be going back there unfortunately.

Bergsig is very beautiful, very neat, well equipped and has old-fashioned furniture that makes you feel right at home. The garden is beautiful and so well cared for. Karen's guest house is also in a very peaceful environment. We will definitely stay in Bergsig again and tell family and friends.

Die plek is pragtig, superskoon en netjies! Het 100% aan ons behoeftes voldoen! Ons het slegs oornag om aan die Bela-Bela-marathon deel te neem, maar Karen se aanbod dat ons kan terugkom om te kom stort na die marathon vreeslik waardeer, en daarvan gebruik gemaak. Indien ons ooit weer daai kant toe gaan vir watter rede ook al, sal ons nie eens ander opsies oorweeg nie. Die enigste ding wat moontlik aandag kort, is die TV en opsies wat kanale betref - maar ons het vroeg gaan slaap so dit het nie veel gepla nie.
A peaceful beautiful garden out of paradise. A tastefully decorated and super comfortable guest house well equipped with everything you need to relax including an air-con. It has it's own private pool and an additional outside bathroom that is so unique. Definitely worth 5+ stars! Highly recommended.
Lovely and peaceful visit. Children get lost in the garden or swim all day. Spacious, clean guest house, with everything you need for a visit away from the city. Karen is a wonderful hostess.

I would definitely recommend Bergsig. We enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway there in a peaceful environment. The beautiful trees and garden make you feel as if you are far from a town and yet it is a stone's throw into the town. Clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Karen is very friendly and helpful, even keeping an eye on my puppy while we were at the Sondela Expo. It totally surprised me and one really appreciates such a gesture of care in today's life. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Bela-Bela.

I can recommend Bergsig Gastehuis with the greatest confidence. This is a gem. All you need to bring is just your food and clothes. Unfortunately we only slept there for 1 night but would have preferred to stay there for a whole week!
We had a wonderful rest, the apartment is very well furnished. I would love to have a sports channel on TV for my husband, but thanks for the hospitality. It is wonderfully quiet and I would very much like to visit Bergsig again.

The employees at Bergsig, as well as Karen Bergh, are friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and tidy. The guest house is located opposite Warmbad, but is very quiet and peaceful. It is very easy to drive from the guest house to the town center and new center. Bergsig is one of the best guesthouses we have ever stayed at.
