6 guests' feedbackIt was a great weekend and the house was perfect. There are only a few adjustments that can be made in relation to the kitchen contents. 1) More plastic bowls for such as chips and for the little ones for porridge or refreshments. 2) A braising pan for meat.
Location is fantastic, close to the beach. Neat and clean, well equipped.
Equipped with luxuries, such as a dishwasher. Comfortable braai room for bad weather. Silver clean with good linen. Steep stairs to master bedroom.
We really enjoyed our stay and everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. I just think that they can look at the shower head that doesn't spray well in the lower shower and we really missed a "casserole" to put the roast in. Other than that we had no problem. We will stay there again!
There is nothing better than booking a place and getting what you were looking for. The beauty of nature, friendliness of the people and also so close to the beach. We had a great stay and had a great time. Would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely stay at Bermandy thanks to an alternative suggestion when booking. Although there were minor disturbances with the alarm, Yolanda went out of her way to get the remote fixed for us. The place was very clean and bigger than expected. We also felt that the setup was a bit weird in terms of furniture placement as there was no seating in front of the TV for those who wanted to relax and watch something. The rooms were exactly as in the photos (the beds were too soft for some of us). Despite the rainy weather, we found that the beach was just a short walk over a few dunes. We look forward to returning one day.

House rules
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon reservation of the property, with the remaining balance due two days prior to arrival, payable into the designated bank account.Payment of the deposit will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, thereby securing the reservation.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees are expected to carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay, the property becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.
The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.
Guests must observe the local quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.
