- Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the establishment on confirmation of the booking.- Right of admission to this property is reserved. Should In Touch (the manager) find any Guest behaving in an inappropriate manner, all guests will be instructed to leave the property immediately, without a warning. In such a case, no payments will be refunded.
- Excessive noise and/or loud music at any time of the day or night will not be allowed.
- No person shall cause any unacceptable disturbance, excessive or undue noise that disturbs or impairs or may disturb or impair the convenience or peace of any person. The penalty will be between R500.00 - R1000.00.
- Activities like team building and partying on the property will not be permitted.
- No smoking is permitted on the property.
- No pets are allowed on the property, except by special arrangements for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that any guest was smoking in the property, the total deposit will be forfeited.
- The key/breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.
