Our stay with Johan and Charlene was the best experience we have ever had and I can honestly admit that we made new friends. It was such a lovely visit that we really didn't want to leave.
Best little guest house was an absolute perfect choice for Mom and I. We felt welcome and safe, and the guest house is an absolute gem with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool which offers a welcome reprieve to cool off after a day of exploring on hot days. The optional breakfast is worth having. Excellent coffee! Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean with attention to detail and everything one would need such as additional plugs for charging devices, pool towels, tea, coffee, rusks, etc. The day bed and small dining table and chairs on our private patio area were lovely to sit out in the mornings and evenings. Without a doubt we would stay here again. Charlene and Johan are fantastic hosts! We were sad to leave.

We were very impressed with our stay and the friendliness with which we were received. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use it again. They also go out of their way to limit the effect of load shedding on the guests. This is appreciated, especially the fact that the fan works during load shedding - which is essential in the heat.

Host kindly welcomed us and escorted us to our room. Unfortunately we were only there one night, but it would be nice to stay there longer as the guest house is well furnished. There are books and board games should the weather be unpleasant with a lovely fireplace.

We were pleasantly surprised by this true little gem! Upon our arrival, we were immediately escorted by Johann to our cool room. We also had a great breakfast the next morning. We can recommend Best Little Guest House to anyone driving through or visiting Oudtshoorn and the Klein Karoo.
