40 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful stay. The farm atmosphere was fantastic and the vines for the barbecue were a nice bonus. The house is nice and big and comfortable and very well equipped. I was only disappointed when I couldn't watch the Springbok/Australia rugby test, because the streaming devices on the TV were saturated, but otherwise great and excellent.
What a nice overnight facility! Bezalel will see us again for sure. The farmhouse is well equipped for a family or a group of people, and we received absolutely nothing but the best service from the host!
We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and clean house. The rooms are exquisite and the beds sleep wonderfully. The air conditioners were great for the heat. The kitchen has a lovely oven, but more bowls for use in the oven would have been nice (maybe we were just looking in the wrong place for that). There are enough pans to use on top of the plates though. The wine tasting was a bonus (you can feel free to market it more on your ad). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you very much.
Incredible getaway in a breathtaking and magnificent tranquil setting. Bezalel wine and brandy farm has an authentic rustic farm vineyard feel, excellently laid out and equipped with all the creature comforts. The host Maxè and her staff were very friendly, considerate and thoughtful in making your stay in the green Kalahari memorable! The farm house has something for everyone to do and enjoy whether you are busy bodies like us or just want to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful nature. There are many activities like walking, MTB, wine and brandy tasting, gourmet food, and luxury shopping. The property has a large covered braai area outside on the front porch with plenty of seating and shelter for both winter and summer braai/bbq's, and that guests can enjoy their morning coffee, sandwiches or evening sundowners from. In the evening you are mesmerized by the nearby pond and golden sun sprinkled sunsets on the vineyards. We will definitely recommend Bezalel as a must visit for anyone who loves the outdoors or who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can't wait to visit again very soon! Thank you for your incredible hospitality and for making our stay magical!
We had a lovely stay at the Country Farmhouse. We have 2 dogs who were allowed to come with us as it is pet-friendly which was a huge bonus for us. Lovely setting with a dam just to the side of the house and a fireplace just made it. Friendly staff around and about the farm. Very clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We did a complimentary wine tasting with Antje, very knowledgeable and we enjoyed her very much. The dog (Shuru, hope I've spelt that right) was not to be overlooked, a beautiful pointer who will welcome you into the gardens. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back! Kind Regards, Paula.

Wonderfully peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Food was excellent.
Bezalel was an oasis from the heat. Beautifully maintained gardens, friendly, helpful staff and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We spotted a snake on our porch, so guests should watch children. Other than that, our stay was very nice. My in-laws really enjoyed the wine tasting and Martiens was very knowledgeable.
Place is clean but kitchen is not fully equipped. Few light bulbs dead. Bath mats need replacement.
Accommodation was lovely. House was clean, very spacious and linen was high quality. The wine tasting was exceptional and a bottle of date liqueur went with it. Bezalel goes the extra mile and specially prepared for our group of 5 the most delicious Kalahari 'dinner' that we could enjoy after the wine tasting. Definitely worth passing by on your way to Kgalagadi! Thank you very much.
Bezakel Country House was the treat we needed after a year of hard work.
Well appointed house, private and nice to stay in.
With WiFi being a great plus, we feel there would at least be a smart TV or smartbox to enjoy Netflix or similar. Shower and bath drains only very very slowly. Thank you very much for the vine wood, was wonderful and more than enough, could have a good time by a fire that never stops.

Housing is adjacent to the farm's storage area and is visually unattractive. Plumbing needs attention.
The wine and brandy tasting was incredibly delicious. Hospitality, friendly, neat accommodation. Would definitely spend the night there again, but stay longer to visit the area.

The beautiful farmhouse at Bezalel is a welcome escape for the traveler who longs for beauty, silence and luxurious comfort in the countryside. The hospitality of the host and hostess was exceptional and the wines and brandy grown here are in no way inferior to other wine farms. in the Orange River area. Lovely restaurant and professional service all around. We will definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends who pass this way.
We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough space for everyone with a very neat equipped kitchen. There are braai facilities although we did not use them. Everything was clean and tidy. Recommend the place.

The location is just absolutely perfect. One gets the impression of care for the farm, the people and the housing. The house was nicely furnished. You can go for a nice walk and there is the most beautiful pond that you can stare at. The night sounds are fantastic. It's really a gem of a place with gem people.

Our time at Bezalel was unforgettable. The house is neat and beautiful and the farm is incredible. Our Border Collie was more than welcome and enjoyed the farm incredibly. The owners are also very friendly and made us feel at home. I will visit Bezalel again, as well as easily recommend.
We can not get enough of the weekend we had at Bezalel. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and everything that was arranged beforehand was done perfectly. Everything advertised was available, and then small extras, such as the air conditioner that was already turned on at the time of our arrival as well as mosquito repellent available in the room. Situated in beautiful scenery between vineyards as far as the eye can see, picturesque. What an experience to taste Bezalel's own wine and brandy, one should not stop here without tasting it, you're definitely going to miss out! Very unique flavors, we bought a few bottles to share with our friends and family. Bezalel is a hidden gem in the green Kalahari, you will not make a mistake by staying here.
