The receptionist was very friendly and pointed us in the direction of a great restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and very nice. Parking was tight for our unit, but functional. The WiFi was not functional during our stay, though that was not due to any fault from the B&B. The warm water kept cutting out during the shower.
I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, great pitstop for a long drive. We had issues with WiFi though, could not get a stable signal.

We were travelling between Marloth Park and St Lucia. When we arrived we were friendly and welcomed and we felt at home. The room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. After a good night's sleep, we had a really nice breakfast. Thanks for taking such good care of us! We for sure will come back!

We were pleasantly surprised with the guest house, the cleanliness and beauty was great as well as the size of the room was ideal for us as a family. The breakfast provided was also incredibly tasty and the staff were very accommodating with the children. However, we just needed a place to rest before continuing our journey home. With 3 client children, a good place to sleep as well as bathroom facilities was important. However, we found no rest on the mattress which was long overdue for replacement. The shower was too sensitive between hot/boiling and cold water (even with the instructions provided) to even dare putting children in it. Furthermore, there were no complaints.

There are no trash cans on site - not in the rooms and not on the grounds. The red bowls are for cigarettes. The towels are rock hard. We used the lapa for a braai and did not have access to lights. Here, too, there are no bins for empty meat packs etc. not. I wanted part of my breakfast to take away and had to pay R100 for it. I would really rather stay somewhere else next time.
Bathroom ceiling full of mould. Fungal spores are hazardous if inhaled. Smell of dampness in room.

The bed at room 12 needs replacement because you can feel the wires or springs on the mattress and it's uncomfortable.
Cute units that look like small apartments. The mattress was somewhat worn out and the bedside lamp did not work. It was neat and clean.

It really was value for money first. Clean, tidy and friendly service. We also invited extra guests over for the evening's braai and B@Home really put out plates and glasses etc. for our extra guests for the braai. It was great service and the breakfast was heavenly. We will definitely book there again with confidence. You guys were great.
All I would prefer is a door to the bathroom in the room with the 2 single beds. It was just me and my boy and was a slight problem when I had to bathe and get dressed.

Beautiful place and the rooms large and comfortable. However, the management could be a little more visible. At reception, we would like to have information about the surroundings as well as where we can have dinner etc. Didn't see the manager until the next morning at breakfast.
WiFi did not work and no hot water in the shower.
The geyser of the room (No 12) allocated to us was not working. The receptionist couldn't get it going (no technician available). Then had to move (with a lot of effort) to the room next door. (Repack and transfer everything). In the next room (No 13), the air regulator only works at half throttle and the arm does not work at all. You have to take a course to be able to open and close the door. The lock is tight and the key turns only with a violent tug and pull on the door handle. Dropped my cell phone in the process because you can't open or close the door with one hand.

Excellent service and personal attention. Management even booked a table for us at Mama Mia for dinner, the country hospitality was palpable. The air con made the room nice and warm and we slept snugly. Some issues with the electricity that was glitchy, but it wasn't the fault of management, and they handled it professionaly without inconveniencing the guests too much. Definitely recommended an won't think of staying anywhere else on the way back from Mozambique.

We didn't sleep well as the pillows were too thick and hard, but other than that the stay was quite okay. Breakfast was nice. I felt safe and everything else was acceptable. They could just make a plan with the pillows, or provide a choice of pillows or something. Didn't sleep well!

Very stylish rooms and dining room. Very well looked after and very clean and comfortable. Rooms were fully equipped and we needed nothing further. The breakfast the next morning was prepared and served with care and was very tasty. The service was fantastic with very friendly staff. I requested two rooms next tot each other and it was provided on arrival. Will definitely stay there again and it's definitely worth a visit. Had a good night's sleep.

Hostess made an effort to find out about a shrub in the garden at my request, it was much appreciated. The toast at breakfast was unfortunately reheated and not fresh, so a bit tough. Lovely venue and not just cobbled together to become a guest house. The fact that you can drive in and out with a trailer is fantastic - good planning!
