This holiday home is located on the ground floor of the complex and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful modernly designed open-plan kitchen, and a lovely patio. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has direct access to the patio. It features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and third bedrooms has 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4). Both the second and third bedroom share the use of the bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-plate stove and oven, basic crockery and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. It has a centrally located breakfast island and features a dining table and chairs. Leading from the kitchen is the living room which offers comfortable seating space, and a port for a DStv decoder. The guest must either bring their own decoder, smart card, remote, or cables. Alternatively, guests can enquire for DStv prior to arrival, through the office at an additional cost. There is an Openview decoder in the unit.
Through the sliding doors of the living area, guests are welcomed by the pristine natural setting that the patio has to offer and features a gas braai, outdoor furniture, and lovely ocean views.
This property offers safe parking in an allocated garage space for 1 vehicle. The complex has various amenities on offer including a communal swimming pool and communal braai facilities.

3 guests' feedbackPerfect location. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a beach holiday. The fact that it has direct access to the Lucien beach is wonderful.
Wonderful place for a family vacation.
The unit is perfect, but no one told us that people get deathly ill there. You have to spend hundreds of rands on bought water and the sea makes you sick. My whole family was deathly ill a day after we swam in the sea. I think this should be conveyed to people when they book a place, you pay dearly to rent this accommodation but then spend the whole time in front of the toilet, at doctors etc. And it's not just my opinion, it's the experience of many people who have been there on holiday. Be honest with guests before they pay thousands of rand for accommodation about the state of the water and sea. I haven't heard a word about my breakages deposit either, sure enough the unit was inspected right after we moved out.

House rules
All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the company at least three days before arrival.
Payment must be made via EFT only.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to occupation.
No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.
Cancellation policies on online booking portals will apply if applicable.
A breakage deposit is payable and refundable within 30 working days of departure, less any deductions.
Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.
Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.
The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.
Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.
The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
Sub-letting is prohibited.
