I had a great stay, Bien-Etre feels like it could be my own little house. The garden is so beautiful and the area is nice and quiet. The self-catering unit contains everything you could possibly need. Jill is very nice and friendly. I will definitely book with Bien-Etre again.
The area was peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed (even when the weather turned cold).
We were very hospitably received and seen off again.
Jill is a very good hostess. The "small" unit that my mother and I stayed in was suitable for 2 people who just want to sleep over and sleep peacefully. The location is great for people who want to be close to UCT, but far enough away to not have to deal with the traffic. The unit was very nice and clean, with everything one would need in the kitchen. Android TV, WiFi, solar for sufficient power, and more. I will definitely come again!

Fantastic accommodation. Fairy tale beautiful garden. Spacious, tidy, many accessories in the kitchen and room such as lots of power plugs, clothes hangers. Equipped for load shedding with gas stove. Safe; Trellidor and burglar alarm and alarm, and possibility of parking within the yard. Wi-Fi without problems. Quiet neighborhood yet close to many tourist areas.

Jill is an amazing host. The place is very safe and easy to get to town, the Waterfront, or UCT (10 minutes walk from the Jammie Shuttle Stop).

Bien-Etre is a safe, affordable place to stay in a tree-rich environment. The apartment opens onto a small garden and we could watch the birds from the room. The apartment is within walking distance of Keurboom Park with convenient walking routes.
Bien-Etre is lovely, and although I didn't have much chance to get to know Jill, she was incredibly helpful and kind every time we did have a chance to interact. It is located in an easy-to-find area and is also close to most major areas in Cape Town.
It is cosy and comfortable with a beautiful garden where you can sit. Jill is a super host and we felt at home staying there. It is close to everything in and around Cape Town.

It was lovely staying at Bien-Etre. It is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
House in a quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood. Accommodation Ideal for a couple the beds were firm and comfortable. The lovely private area where one could sit in the sun or shade. I spent a few hours relaxing there. We walked around the area and it felt safe and with lots of interesting houses.

Owner of Bien Etre is a fantastic, helpful and open person. It was really a celebration for us to go home there. It was clean and the garden and silence create a pleasant atmosphere.
Jill was very welcoming and the communication was great. She even allowed me to arrange a late checkout. My partner and I felt very much at home and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is close to many tourists attraction in Cape Town and the area is safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the larger unit. My husband recovered from surgery at Life Kingsbury Hospital and we stayed so he could recover before we could return to our home in the Karoo. It was like home in the small for us. We really enjoyed the peaceful, tree-rich surroundings and small, private garden. Our children could visit us and we could go for walks in the safe environment. Our car was parked under cover behind a closed gate. Jill is a friendly, pleasant person and she went out of her way when we wanted to stay 1 day earlier and 1 day longer. Thank you very much Jill, we will definitely want to stay here again in the future.
