We had a really nice stay at Birchwood B - clean, tidy and friendly service.
It was like home! Warm and homey.
Ideal location, being close to town and safe in the estate.
The place is peaceful, clean and the host is friendly.
We have been visiting Clarens Holf and Trout Estate for the past 24 years. It remains our first choice destination, and the last visit only confirmed it again.

Beautiful place to stay. Very safe and peaceful with the mountain in the background. Can walk on the golf estate without feeling unsafe. Good security. Just a stone's throw from town. Just sorry for the lot of loadshedding. Will recommend that solar and gas facilities be installed.
We got more than we bargained for. The stay was great! the house was very well equipped with everything you will need for self-catering and the bedding was very luxurious. The location is great, less than 1km from Clarens town centre. You absolutely get what you pay for and the correspondence with the owner was very helpful, we really felt welcome and well informed from the start.
Place is very close to the places to visit and shops in Clarens and very safe. Had a great stay.
I wouldn't mind going back to Clarens again and booking the same unit.

Best accommodation we have ever stayed in in Clarens. Very neat and clean with everything one needs for a weekend getaway! The beds and bedding are top notch and the fireplace in the living room rounded off the whole weekend perfectly! The kitchen is very well equipped and we had a great barbecue on the porch!
