Downstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed and shares a bathroom with a shower and bath with the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a TV. Linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The top level features an open-plan living area with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, a breakfast bar, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. This level also includes a bar with 2 bar fridges and an indoor braai room with stacker doors. 

The patio offers an outdoor dining table, bar fridge, gas braai, and pizza oven, overlooking the fenced backyard and golf course. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and guests have access to a pool table, washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer in the garage.
