It was great to be able to unpack after a busy morning with a birthday celebration at this quiet oasis, Bird's Nest, and just lie comfortably on my bed with the amazing view over Stilbaai and surroundings.

Our three day stay was a pleasure. The room and the small deck with braai facilities were very hot in the afternoon (an electric fan was provided). I slept wonderfully on the nice and firm mattress.

Lynette went out of her way to make us feel at home.The apartment was superb. The location was lovely and safe. Go and see the eels being fed every day except Sunday at 11 am. Ask Lynette for the amazing Fish place. All-in-all a lovely place to stay.
Beautiful spacious room and bathroom with stylish decor and good attention to detail. We felt at home and were well received. Parking is on the sidewalk in front of the house, but the owner offered the parking space behind the gate to us. We only spent the night, so didn't use the self-catering facilities. Therefore we cannot comment on that. There are so many birds that are lovely to watch and provides a sense of tranquility. We would stay there again if ever we go to Stil Bay again.
The facility was very neat and clean, the basic amenities are available. Owners very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely recommend for 1/2 people. Beautiful surroundings. We had a great time.
A friendly and helpful hostess who provides a comfortable and well-equipped room with attention to detail - even delicious home-baked biscuits in the room. I was a little uneasy about our car being parked in front of the entrance as we hadn't completely unloaded it, but it turned out to be a quiet and safe environment. The accommodation definitely offers value for money.

We had a nice stay. Room very clean and tidy with all kinds of special I streets. However, we were concerned about the safety of our vehicle because it was parked outside. Although we are assured of safety, it is still a risk.
