14 guests' feedbackGreat place to recharge and explore Swakop from. After a week of camping, the washing machine was a super bonus. The garage was big enough for our trailer (has a plug point for the refrigerator) and car.
Centrally located. The washing machine was a winner after the desert.
It is always nice to holiday in Swakop, but with our accommodation in Bismarck Ecke Self-catering it was even nicer. What a neat, modern place! A few minutes walk to the Jetty and shops. The owners, Gia, and Chantal were always very helpful and friendly! It was a 6 out of 5 stay.
As a first time user of the website, I was unsure of how things work, but since I made my reservation, I have only been supported, by phone and by e-mail. No need to wonder about anything. Thank you very, very much.
We had a very nice stay. Apartment is spacious and very tidy. Lock up garage is a bonus. Als in the apartment we needed. Beds slept great. Even had good WiFi.
Lovely apartment with a washing machine, internet and Smart TV with Netflix etc. A welcome surprise after a week in the Namib's dust. It is a quiet area and nice and central. Very well equipped with everything you need and a large lock up garage.

The service was excellent. We decided on the spur of the moment to go to Swakopmund a day earlier than booked and were helped immediately and were then able to check in a day earlier.
Very quiet, very beautiful, very safe and a good location.
After a week of dust and dirt roads it was refreshing to have a self-catering unit with a washing machine, internet and space! We felt safe and our teenage girls enjoyed the room with their own bathroom. It is a quiet area and nice and central. It was a lovely pit stop to rest up, get clean clothes and use WiFi to communicate with family and work. Just a few suggestions: The bedding is silvery clean and pure white, but the duvets do not fit properly on the beds. Luckily it wasn't cold and we traveled with extra blankets. The towels are fantastic quality, but a bit on the small side. We traveled without roaming and data and specifically chose the apartment for its WiFi. It was a bit disappointing that the website failed to inform us that the WiFi was very limited and we would have to top it up for our 4 day stay. There was only one DStv channel available. It would be good to have a children's channel available as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We were kept up to date with our booking and well informed.
Everything was fine, no complaints.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bismarck Ecke. The self-catering unit has everything you could need and is centrally located - close to the beach, shops and more. We hope to go again soon. Thank you so much for one of the best vacations ever!
Apartment is well located. Within walking distance of sea and businesses, attractions. Apartment is neat, luxurious/modern redone. The double bed has a very good quality mattress with nice/fine bedding. The lock up garage for car and alarm system is an asset. The arrangements where to get the key for the apartment on arrival are vague and should be more specifically communicated to prospective guests.
The apartment was very neat and the layout of the rooms and bathrooms is perfect. Everything you need was there, just not braai facilities. I would recommend Bismarck Ecke to anyone anytime.
