The sea-facing main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is also sea-facing and contains a double bee. The third bedroom faces the street, and contains 2 single beds. The rooms are spacious, and the 2 sea-facing rooms both have walk-out decks onto the patio through sliding doors, also with sea views. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower.

The newly revamped kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, dishwasher and more. The lounge has great sea views, and is sunny in the afternoon. The lounge has sliding doors that open up so you can breathe in the fresh sea air. The dining area is down some stairs from the lounge area, and has seating for 8 guests. The small TV lounge contains with big-screen TV and satellite connection as well as a DVD player.

The patio is where you can really relax, soak up some sun and have a braai. Enjoy the great sea views and stunning sunsets. The property has a secure double garage with direct access to the house and remote sliding door.
