2 Nights were not enough! After the rains the road was a bit of a challenge but this place is just beautiful!
Quarta is the perfect hostess, she made us feel welcome and all the little things put you immediately at ease. The house is neat and has everything you could need.
Souls rest in the Karoo. What a beautiful Karoo place. Quarta's hospitality is exceptional. She made Blaauwhoek extra special with a Christmas surprise as well as fresh muffins with a beautiful personal card and a chocolate on everyone's bed. Blaauwhoek is a beautiful cottage, overlooking the farm. Beautiful finish with crisp linen. The sunset was picture-perfect and the sky full of stars is exactly what the Karoo promises. We will definitely want to go back.
We arrived in the rain and the hospitality was amazing. Place is beautiful inside and out!
Lovely, tidy accommodation on a Karoo farm. The splash pool, outdoor shower, fresh baked goods and complete seclusion were highlights. Quarta was a friendly and helpful hostess. We will definitely visit again. Just be aware that you have to drive quite a distance on a dirt road and build your own fire for hot water.

Very private and cosy. Have a lot of amenities and and had a check-in every day from the owner, making sure everything is in order. Neat, clean, peaceful and good place to recharge the batteries!
