Neither the company, its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, shareholders, consultants, or employees shall be held liable for any damages arising from using this site, regardless of the cause of your loss. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any interruptions, malfunctions, downtime, or other failures of goods or services provided by third parties, including but not limited to the public switched telecommunication service providers (such as Vodacom), internet service providers, electricity suppliers (such as Eskom), local authorities, and certification authorities. We also disclaim liability for events of force majeure or any other events beyond our direct control.
Due to our remote location, it is advised that individuals with chronic illnesses or children under the age of 4 not be included in visits for their own safety and the safety of others. The closest private medical facilities are located in Vryburg, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Blanco's location.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas that are free from combustible materials. Cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in trash bins, empty glass or tin bottles, or fireplaces.
Pets are allowed on the premises under specific conditions:

The animal(s) must not threaten other visitors, pets, or themselves. It is important to consider the impact of long-distance travel and exposure to a new environment on your pet(s).
Animals are not permitted in fixtures or facilities intended for human use.
Violating these policies may result in the immediate removal of the individual(s) from the property without a refund.
Wildlife is an integral part of our property and should be treated carefully. Any harm caused to our wildlife will result in the immediate removal of the individual(s) from the property without a refund.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children and must exercise caution in allowing them to move around or play on the premises. Children should be under adult supervision at all times, and parents or guardians must ensure that their children do not disturb the peace and tranquillity of other guests.
When the game vehicle is left behind for tracking the game on foot, the game ranger has sole discretion on whether children can accompany the guests. If the game ranger determines that it is not suitable for children to accompany the group, at least one parent or guardian must remain in the vehicle to supervise the children. Alternative activities are available.
