The house comprises 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, washbasin, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, of which 3 is furnished with double beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and washbasin, and another bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and bath.

The open-plan living area on the first floor features a large kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. In addition, there is a breakfast counter with seating and a large pantry for storage. A washing machine and fridge-freezer are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfortable seating.

The living area opens onto a large covered patio with a sea view, outdoor seating, a dining table, and chairs. Ample off-street parking is available. There is an alarm and armed response. Limited WiFi is provided.
