Very friendly, helpful and patient owners. Our travel was delayed and we arrived fairly late, but were nevertheless greeted with smiles and helpfulness.
Short stay for a wedding in the area. Place was clean and tidy and met our expectations. The hostess was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions.

We had a very pleasant stay, the owners welcomed us and we loved the accommodation and their beautiful garden. I'm in a wheelchair and unit A was accessible, with a wheel-in shower that was perfect and had taps at a reachable height, as well as an adjustable shower head. It's so unusual to find perfectly accessible accommodation! We would highly recommend Bloemhof Gaste Plaas!
We drove a Google location beforehand which helped a lot. We were received very kindly. The facilities were adequate. We would have liked a large holding coaster to cut up our meat and salad. We also would have liked Doom or something similar as it is a working farm. Just suggestions to the hostess. But otherwise had everything we needed. Especially very happy about the plans in place for load shedding. It almost didn't even affect us. The hostess gave us extremely good advice on the very best way back to Johannesburg. It was priceless good advice.
It was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Nice facilities and close to eating.

Very nice stay. Hospitality and the facilities are amazing. There is a large lawn where I could let my little dogs play and run after a 13 hour road trip from the Cape. Would definitely recommend the place.

This is one of the gems of farm stay along the N12. Everything is stylish, modern, comfortable and the outdoor barbecue area is great.
Place was neat and clean. Would have preferred a pond or river but we were treated well. Place was neat and safe, will go again.
We had a very nice stay. Very nice and fantastic service. We traveled with motorbikes and Sumarie got us everything we couldn't.
Rooms are very compact. It would be a challenge for anything other than a couple of nights. Bed was comfortable, everything spotless and working. Fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room a must for washing up one has to use the sink in the boma braai area. I have eating constraints so I carry ready-cooked meals with me. I would like to have seen a microwave, but I'm the exception to the norm. Lovely lapa area with a large braai and a rugged 2-plate gas stove outside. Washing up was a challenge. Shower was really good. And there's a full DSTv package with a good size screen available. Lovely touches like milk, 2 bottles of chilled water in the fridge. Good clean linen, air-conditioning and generator for loadshedding.

Lovely resting place along the long road. It's very spacious, clean and comfortable. In the evening cozy around the fire. Our hostess was always available and helpful.
