This was exactly what we needed as we were travelling with our adult daughter. Very quiet and deal location.
I would definitely recommend Blombos for a small family, a very comfortable place with all the facilities a holidaymaker needs.
One suggestion / critique: The window by the shower/bath needs either blind, or must be blocked off as privacy consideration. People walking past can see you when showering.
I suggest Blombos for a family that lives in the hustle and bustle to relax and unwind a bit.
We had a lovely and peaceful weekend. The unit is ideal for a family that wants to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Stilbaai, but still not want to be too far from the sea and river. The apartment was well and nicely furnished. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Sanet for your beautiful, homely and nice apartment. We enjoyed every moment.
During loadshedding there was no lighting available and we were unaware that it was not available. The shops also close extremely early so it would be nice if we were aware of that too. One store that at least has more groceries available. We were also not aware of any WiFi.
On arrival, the place was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves first. The extra bathroom on the outside was not used at all because it was too dirty. It was brought to the owner's attention but nothing was done about it. Only one set of bedding was available, without a washing machine this would have been a problem.
We had a wonderful stay and relaxed. Everything is there and could comfortably spend the long weekend there. I know space is an issue would like to use more of the cupboards. But our stay was wonderful.
Enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit this accommodation.

The description of the place is a bit misleading. The bathroom does not have a shower, but it does have a bath. If you want to shower you have to do it outside. The owner informed us that there were no towels and reimbursed us R180 for the DStv that did not work. There are small things that the owner also needs to look at such as the toilet that leaks (the bathroom was under water the first night), the bedside lamps in both rooms do not work and there are not enough steak knives. The bath was a problem for us as my mother-in-law had knee surgery and can't bathe and of course she didn't want to shower outside in winter with little/no privacy.
Delicious stoep and braai facilities. Close to shops. Stayed very comfortable and had everything you need.
Our family enjoyed the weekend very much in Blombos 20 apartment. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 children with all necessary equipment. Peaceful surroundings to relax in.
We had a wonderful holiday, so beautiful. Would stay in Blombos 20 again anytime.
Blombos 20 is the type of place where you can relax especially when you just want to get away from the world. Upon arrival we found the place in a neat condition. Will definitely relax there again.
Kitchen appliances that we needed were there, the braai is situated well and nice area on the deck.
As a single traveller the fact that the second bedroom's cupboard was full of household effects didn't bother me, but I can imagine that it will bother a family. The unit is well-kept and has a beautiful view. I appreciated the contact with the owner via email two days before we arrived, to arrange the keys. Everything was clear and and went smoothly. Enjoyed the stay and will make use of them in the future again.

Everything had been good. Just like I saw it on the internet! The beautiful view, the goats and the birds that woke us up in the morning, everything was so romantic!

This is a pretty good house with a beautiful view for a realistic price.
Thank you very much again for allowing us to use your home. It was very nice. Only the heater has no power point or power extension available. It didn't matter to us.
