Was very nice, pleasantly surprised. One problem though, the WiFi however wasn't up to standard. Could be because of cellphone coverage which was also not too good.

"Clean, neat, the staff service is acceptable."

Absolutely lovely, great weather too.

Everything was how we saw it in pictures. We have a double cab bakkie and parking was on the small side, but adequate. Will use the place again.

Great stay, everything clean, everything works. It was a disappointment that the hair dryer advertised was nowhere to be found. I only book where there is a hairdryer to avoid unnecessary luggage. Cold water and fresh milk for the coffee would be great.

Nice stay. But with luxury accommodation you at least expect drinking water in the rooms. And the sea-view room at least means a bit of sea between the buildings.

Paid for a room with balcony and sea view. We then got a room on the floor by the parking area. The owner of the place did not even welcome us; only one of the employees took us to our room. He knows nothing about room reservations. Hope I get my money back, because it's probably cheaper to stay on the ground floor than on the first floor.

Very unprofessional check-in. There was a spider in the room on arrival. I had to ask for toilet paper, which was of the worst quality. The coffee sachets were the cheapest. Definitely not the luxury accommodation advertised. Comfortable bed.

"Disappointed in accommodation."

Disappointed. Not really an ocean view. TV was not tuned, bathroom door does not close. Curtains look battered and balcony is in a state. Should not be rented out.

"Unpleasant."

No, construction was incomplete. It was a self-catering unit. The kitchen cabinets had no handles and were dirty. There were no utensils. Live electrical wires hung from the roof within reach of children.

The room is very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The lady in charge there said we could use the kitchen. It is not hygienic in any way. The fridges have a horrible smell. Will never be able to eat there. But had a nice stay.

Renovations underway. Very noisy. Room dark and cold. Advertisement does not match what is there, e.g. no TV, no food. Messy and dirty.

Bedding was dirty. Renovations in progress. Lots of noise. Plugs in room not working. Not impressed at all and requested a full refund for the 2 nights paid for.

We stayed in the small apartment outside the guest house, which perfectly suited our needs. We were received very kindly, and we were also given the option to sleep inside the guest house in a larger room of our choice, but we were perfectly content with the little apartment outside. We had a nice stay and slept well, thank you very much for the kindness.

"The hotel is conveniently located, practically on the beach. The shops are within walking distance of the hotel with a variety of dining options. Room number 6 is small, uncomfortable since it's across the kitchen."

I'd stay there again. Friendly and clean. But would prefer a larger room.

The room is cramped, there is no place to put down a handbag, no matches during load shedding, no water in the fridge. We inquire about the load shedding schedule upon arrival at 20:45. They say we should find out in the morning. Load shedding was then 22:00 - 00:30 and again the next morning 6:00 - 8:30. No hairdryer in room. The kitchen staff who were cleaning bathrooms are called - we were totally blown away.

Quick in and out for me, but the rooms are very neat and it's wonderfully quiet at night! Just what someone who is tired needs! Thank you for your beautiful place!

"Accommodation was good but guesthouse can definitely be a bit neater. "

The location of this guesthouse is very good and the rooms are very neat, but the customer service is not very professional. The kitchen and swimming area can be neater. A lot of private trash is standing around and it makes one feel like you are in the owners private area and it is not meant for guests. The people are very friendly.

"Unbelievable!"

Beautiful. One of our most enjoyable stays yet. We were received with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Felt like our own home so at home we felt. Food was delicious and rooms beautifully clean and tidy. I was really sad to leave there.

Very nice stay with clean rooms and bathroom. Loved the themes in each room. Had a delicious breakfast. Guest house is well located and within walking distance of the most beautiful sunset imaginable! Highly recommended.

"The breakfast was definitely the best."

New beds are really needed, I slept there for 3 nights and complained after the first night but nothing was done about it. The bed feels like there is a hole in the middle. I think the base is broken!

They are still developing the place. We suggest that the rooms be equipped with fans or air conditioners, because the ceiling fan made no difference. Some of the lights in the room did not work.

We were late to clock in, because we first had a function in the Cape. I called the hostess and let her know we would be late and she said we just had to ring the doorbell. The morning 01:00 we first arrived and she immediately opened for us. Thank you for that extra mile they walked to accommodate us.
