I love the privacy and tranquility of Blouberg Studios, for anyone with a busy life I would recommend choosing this place.
Because of the above, we requested the owner to park inside, got permission, then he accused us of breaking poles.
I stayed here for 8 nights for my first time in the Cape. It is a very good area, nice and neatest rooms. Owners were very understanding and helpful.

We stayed in Seal Studio. The unit is like a batchelor apartment. Nice big and comfortable bed. Large shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and two-plate stove. Private garden with built-in braai area. Friendly reception. The parking is in front of the house in the street, but there is a guard who patrols the area in the evenings. Good accommodation and affordable. Will use it again and can recommend it.
Quiet area, very safe. Rob was fantastic, great to talk to and was always available when needed. Apartment well equipped with all the necessary. Slept wonderfully on a comfortable bed. Within walking distance of the beach and eateries. Thank you very much, we had a great time!

The TV needs to be upgraded to allow channels to be freely viewed. The smart box need to be veatly mounted on a shelf not dangeling from a small piece of wire. A multi-plug should be mounted to tidy up the wiring. Adaptors need to be provided for cell phone chargers and other small appliences that are like hair dryers. The client should provide soap in the bathroom for showering or shower gel at least the small tube ones obtainable from Woolworths or Clicks. Also sufficient sunlight liquid to be provided as it is self-catering to wash the dishes.

Shower could definitely be cleaner. Would love to sleep with an open door and just the security door closed, but security door can't close when the wooden door is open, then the fan in the room is not enough.

My overnight stay was very pleasant, the host, Rob, was very friendly and followed up with me the following day if everything was fine. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean, however the shower tap was a bit of a problem it is fixed upside down and very difficult to control the water temperature burnt myself with the hot water.
The host was so friendly. We never saw him, but knew he was just a phone call away. It was really quiet and the place was so gorgeous! Thank you Blouberg Studios.

We brought my 3 year old daughter with us, and she was able to sleep with us in the large king size bed with ease. Think unit is perfect for two travelers. Walking distance from sea. Very friendly host. Felt safe.
The owner, Rob, made us feel very welcome. He respected our privacy - we're not exactly the kind of travelers who just strike up a conversation. The unit was tidy and we were provided with cutlery and crockery. The king size bed was comfortable with clean linen and there was still room to move around the house. We had a private outdoor area equipped with a washing line and outdoor shower for swimwear. I felt safe walking to the beach - about a 5 minute walk. Once there, the view of Table Mountain is beautiful. The beach is alive with "windsurfers" and a few stalls. The town is only a short distance away - about 10 minutes' walk. The streets in the area are quiet and well serviced. There are numerous places to eat if a person does not want to use the self-catering facilities. Overall, Blouberg Studios is well laid out and you feel right at home. Thanks Rob!
Cute place to stay in a peaceful setting and comfortable distance from the beach, restaurants and access routes. The apartment has a cute, private little garden but one is only worried about your vehicle that has to sleep outside in the street on the pavement. The apartment has a very comfortable and large king-size double bed that ensures a good night's rest. Unfortunately the bathroom is very poorly designed with the bathroom and shower doors banging against each other and the shower door not being able to open properly due to the location of the sink. Furthermore, the apartment is well equipped with television, WiFi and everything you need to spend a comfortable weekend in Blouberg!

When I arrived, I saw that the kitchen is separate from the unit. It's not specified on the website. It's bad because when it rains, you have no access to the kitchen.

We traveled by train from Potchefstroom, and were so worried because the train arrived in the Cape 7 hours late! However, Rob waited for us until 11 o'clock that night and made us feel at home. Thank you very much for that. We really appreciated it. Again sorry for the inconvenience. Next time we will definitely fly and not travel by train again.

According to advertisement, we would have had a view of Table Mountain. There was no view of it. When our owner addressed it, he just pointed out that one could walk to the beach to have a view, about 200 meters. Television had poor reception. No WiFi.
We travel a lot and this is truly the first time that I have not received proper TV or WiFi (like comment that you have to bring your own Netflix). Our water was also off in the morning when we flew due to the pump that supplies ground water. I understand it is in the "budget" class but with the location rather ask a bit more and then we would love to go back.

Blouberg Studios is one of those places that one discovers and will always return to. Walking distance to everything one needs to see and do. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and feels safe even late at night. I first booked for 2 weeks and then extended my booking by 2 weeks, it was great. I worked in the city center and in rush hour traffic you can easily get there in 30 - 40 minutes. Very safe, private and modern place to stay. The braai area is windproof and it makes it nice to sit outside with the fire burning. Rob is just like Superman, you never see him until you need him then you're there in a flash. He was very helpful with any requests I had. I would recommend Blouberg Studio for holidaymakers or if you have to work in the Cape.

After a bad experience at a hotel in the city, Blouberg Studios definitely rescued our vacation! The owner was friendly and helpful, the place modern and tidy, and the fact that there was a coffee plunger was impressive! The only problem was internet speed for Netflix. We could not watch anything the last night, but it might also have to do with the strong winds.

I would recommend Blouberg Studios to someone who wants a comfortable, well equipped unit close to the sea. I was specifically looking for a sea view and even though the description says there is a sea view, it has to be said that a small piece of blue water between two buildings does not count as a sea view in my opinion not. So no, there is not a proper sea view and that is important to note. The only other important aspect to mention is that the TV only gets the open channels, there is no DStv and my TV was not well tuned.

The room was cozy, spotless and had everything that was listed in the ad. The area is perfect too. The streets are quiet, the beach is so close, exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed the fresh sea air. The place is very neat and the family is kind. Was pleasant to respect one another's quiet time and peace. Will definitely enjoy some time there again. Thankful that they could accommodate me for such a long time.
The coffee was just one sachet per person. We therefore had to choose whether we wanted our coffee in the evening or to leave it for the next morning. We can recommend you put out a few rusks, also a little bit of fresh milk. No salt or pepper.
