30 guests' feedbackWe were kindly received by André and even the two dogs came to say hello. The room was tidy with a large shower and coffee etc. in the room. We held our '85 matric reunion there and Rozille spoiled our group with a delicious meal and dessert, Thank you for your hospitality and hopefully we will see you again.

Rooms are neatly and cutely furnished, our guide dog could stay with us. We were kindly received. Guest house is centrally located but in a part of Tzaneen where a lot of redevelopment is happening, so a lot of contractors working in the area and staying on sites. Think environment will be very different and quieter in 6 months when construction is finished.
Was very quiet and tidy.
A nice farm feel and surprisingly peaceful atmosphere so close to town.
Communication was very good and friendly. Everything was very clean and the stay was enjoyable.
Room layout very poor with no fresh air cross flow - room stuffy.
I intended to stay for two days, but canceled the second day of booking. I have not received a refund for the cancelled second-day booking.

Hastily looked for another accommodation after checking into a shabby and neglected guest house, for a few rand more we had a very neat place with a friendly reception. Everything was just as it was advertised and the hostess even made an effort so that we could have a barbecue and even made food and crockery available for us. I will definitely stay here again. Good people with a heart of gold.
Breakfast consists of sandwiches and soft drinks and was very disappointing, especially for the price charged.

The room was very convenient and the garden was beautiful and neat. We had breakfast at the coffee shop and that was delicious too! We will definitely use Blue Bell Gastehuis again.
Had a lovely stay. The room was clean and neat. The crisp white linen was refreshing.
A very friendly hostess received us and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The room was clean and tidy. Mattress and bedding to my liking. Bed just a bit noisy when you turn over at night, keeps you awake a bit.

We were two people and only one coffee mug? It would have been nice if there was a small bar fridge. The light switch at the door - I still do not know what its function. The bedside light switches did not work properly.

Rozille was very accommodating when I complained that I was too tall for the bed and she moved me to a new room the next day, one without a base board at the bottom. She went out of her way to help was was very friendly. The road toe the guest house is just horrid and full of potholes, so you have to drive carefully. I was nervous because the gates aren't locked at night, and thieves could easily reach your vehicle, but luckily there were no incidents. Maybe I am just nervous as I am from Gauteng.
Coffee, tea, sugar etc. is provided for the next morning. There is DStv and I will use Blue Bell again, close to the necessary amenities such as shops, eateries, petrol stations etc. Rozille is a very friendly, spontaneous person who went out of her way to make it pleasant for us. Maybe a small fridge for fresh milk and soft drinks.
The room was comfortable but the faucets in the sink didn't work. There were minor bugs but the hospitality makes up for any flaws.
The room's exterior door didn't fit in the door frame, the ceiling was sagging, the toilet didn't even have a door and the shower didn't have a shower curtain. There was no toilet paper. The corners of the bedside tables were so sharp that I cut my finger. There had been no drinking glasses. I chose the location because it was claimed to be only 150 meters from the hospital, but I didn't realize that was only the distance as the crow would fly. It is about 2.5 kilometers along the road.
We travel extensively and staying here was equal to staying in a Boutique Hotel. An absolutely first-class experience at an affordable rate.
