Stunning place with a nice host. Good and friendly service. Our room was beautiful and unique. The breakfast was delicious.
Dirty house. Sticky kitchen. Dishes and pots were not clean. Kitchen towel was old, crusty and hard. Fridge wasn't working. Braai area was very dirty. Other bedroom doesn't have a window (only a curtain to make it look like there is a window). One good thing about the place was the breakfast.
The room was dusty and dirty. I booked a room with air conditioning, but we were given another room without air conditioning. The room was indeed cheaper, but the owner couldn't even ask what our preferences were. The place was dusty and the bedclothes squeaked.

We were unable to get back to our accommodation in the evening, we went out for supper and were left waiting for over half an hour in the dark with our child in the car. I was disappointed by the cleanliness and the communication of the establishment.
Rooms were full of dust on TV cabinets. Doors were broken, had to call late at night to have door opened. Pool was dirty, and green. There was no DStv as advertised. With loadshedding there were candles but nothing to light.
The owner was very friendly and the guesthouse's location is good. Unfortunately, a lot of maintenance is required, especially in the bathroom.

It was very safe and well located. There is no air conditioning, so the heat gets severe, but the fans helped. The rooms are very nice and neat. The only place I can see improvement is the towels and the bathroom itself.

We went to run a marathon in Nelspruit and for what we needed Blue Grass was perfect. Close to the Mbombela Stadium and shopping centre. Easy to get in and out, although the guest house is located in a security neighborhood, the open gates at the house during the night was a problem for me and my husband. We appreciate that they allowed us to leave an hour later so we could come back and shower first. Thank you Busi for your kindness.
If all units are occupied there is insufficient parking. We had no hot water on the first night. In a double room we had less than half a roll of toilet paper for two people and no spare rolls. Check-in is disorganised and unprofessional. The guest house is in an estate that requires access via a remote control. We had to return to let one of our friends out of the estate as the remote wasn't working, battery flat.
