Recommendation: Better braai facilities and a carport for the cars.
Everything you need for 10 days.
You feel safe in the area and there is an uncle on the premises who makes sure you have everything you need. There is a sea view and a nice veranda to enjoy breakfast. The area is quiet and it definitely feels like a holiday when you stay here.
Had a nice stay, very nice view and very neat place to stay, we were without power for the last day and a half, but we understand it was out of the owner's control, otherwise it was a wonderful stay
My husband and I really enjoyed Blue Haven. It is a large, spacious house with four bedrooms and equipped with everything one needs. We had a great stay and will definitely make a reservation at Blue Haven again.
However, smoking in the unit must be strictly prohibited. The smell of smoke in the house was all that bothered us as non-smokers.
Not so keen on the openshare facilities, such as bathroom, kitchen etc. not. Smoking is allowed in all rooms, as a non-smoker I would not have booked there if I had known.
Our stay was wonderful. The caretaker, Boet, was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely visit again.
The service was fantastic. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and tidy. The house caretakers, Uncle Boet and Aunt Thea were friendly and made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to ensure we had water any time of day even though there was water problem in Ramsgate.
The view of the ocean is awesome from the stoep and 3 of the rooms. The house is very comfortable and spacious with everything you need plus more! The hosts, Boet and Thea, are very friendly and helpful and nearby if you need anything. We had a very peaceful and relaxed holiday and will definitely be back again!

It is a lovely spacious house and the hospitality was top class. Everything was clean and tidy and Oom Boet and Aunt Ria were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to keep everything in order.
Very friendly reception by the couple who manage the accommodation. It is a very large residence, with everything you need, free Wi-Fi and full DSTV package. The house was very clean and nothing too short in the house. Ideal for a family.
