17 guests' feedbackNot worth the money, there is a kitchen but no cutlery etc.
The reception was very professional. Room had a fireplace but they 'had an incident and we were not allowed to make a fire. The premier room had a king-size bed as promised but it had a single bed electrical blanked. It was disappointing that a 'premier' room had no bar fridge. However, the disappointment of the visit was the noisy guests in the dining room, had to get out as soon as possible.
The place easy to reach with good surrounding nature and beautiful mountains.
Rooms were below standard in my opinion. Linens were tattered and stained. Bedside lights did not work. In general, there is a lot of maintenance work that needs to be done.
We checked out without bathing because the water was cold. Even the night before we checked out the water was cold.
Room no. 11 is full of cracks. The price per room per night per person is on average high. Otherwise there was no one at reception upon arrival. I think that management will have to look at staff, reception, serving and addressing guests.
Food is poor. Had no hot water at all. Room was not prepared for our arrival after the suggested check-in time. Paid for 4, room only prepared for 2 persons. All in all it was a very disappointing visit and will not be going to Blue Haze again at all. Was a total waste of money. There is a 70% chance that if you order something on the menu it is not available.
When we arrived there was no one at reception. Had to walk the place full to get help. The room was not ready on arrival. Their service is pathetic and their food is bad and neglected. Definitely a waste of money
Had one of our employees staying there and they were willing to only charge us the next day for his meals. Thank you for trusting us as your client.
Nice and quiet but found the room to be a bit neglected, not best value for money. Food delicious and reasonably priced.
The views of the dam and proximity to the national road is a huge plus, however, the restaurant is overpriced.
Biggest disappointment in a long time. Floor of men's bathroom by the restaurant was wet. Had to send back the chicken because it was raw. Requested to light a fire in the room's fireplace but was ignored - no wood to do it myself. TV in room didn't work. Sherry holder in the room was empty, but dirty.
No customer support. Dirty bath. Cobwebs.
Very friendly and helpful staff. But breakfast was a chaotic, we had to wait 40 minutes for coffee as the machine was faulty. They only had one staff member taking orders and we had to wait very long to be served. Excellent location and although we arrived very late, someone was available to show us into the room and make sure all was in order and that we had all we needed. Friendly, helpful staff.
We had one house for 4 people. One double bed downstairs and one double bed in the attic. There is a self-catering house, however, there is a lack of inventory. Barely glasses, plates and cutlery. Had food in the restaurant is average. There was a bat in the restaurant during our dinner that regularly flew over you. Swimming pool is nice to cool off and has a really beautiful view. WiFi was not available because no one knew the code?! Accommodation is widely used by business people. Horses run loose and stand in front of your door in the morning!
There is insufficient hot water in the evenings. Fireplaces are not lit and insufficient equipment is provided to be able to do it yourself. Service in the restaurant was extremely poor.
