Blue on 62 seamlessly blended comfort, privacy, and natural beauty, creating a perfect haven for relaxation. We wholeheartedly recommend this duplex for anyone seeking a romantic getaway and eagerly anticipate our return to this hidden gem in Vermont. The hospitality extended by Thea and Kobus was beyond compare. Their warm welcome made us feel instantly at home, and the inclusion of our teacup Yorkie in the experience was an added bonus. The presence of a secure fenced garden/lawn allowed our furry companion to explore and play safely. Our stay was not only pleasant but also enriched by the genuine care and thoughtfulness of the hosts. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend Blue on 62 for a memorable and inviting retreat.

Blue on 62 was exactly what we needed. Perfect setting. Near the sea. Thea was amazing. Our dogs could be with us. What more could we ask for? The place is very beautiful. Very clean. We could have a nice barbecue and visit. I would love to stay there again and definitely recommend it.
The place is beautiful. Neat and clean. We had a great stay and it was easy to explore the surrounding area from here. 100 m from the promenade by the sea. So nice that they are pet friendly. My Chihuahua sniffed out every bit of the garden. Thank you very much, we had a great stay!

This was a short breakaway and the house had everything we needed. I loved the decor and paintings in the house. The bedroom was so cute with a balcony and the pillows made for a peaceful sleep.
We had a lovely stay at Blue on 62 for the weekend. There is everything you need and just around the corner from the sea. The cottage is cozy and beautifully furnished. We will definitely book there again.
Thea even surprised us with chips and chocolates. They had Netflix and my husband and I enjoyed it a lot. The Wi-Fi was not that strong, but we still could make use of it. The kitchen was fully equipped you don't even need to bring anything from home. We enjoyed the walking trail and it was so close to our destination. The area was quiet and safe. We could park outside and your car will still be there. It was loadshedding so they had a rechargeable light that we could use. I really recommend Blue on 62.
Everything pleasantly surprised us, from how beautifully Thea decorated everything, to the dog cookies for our 4-month-old dog baby. We had a wonderful stay (it's perfectly furnished and equipped), were treated with a lot of love (thanks for all the suggestions about markets etc.) and I think our dog had the best time, he was spoiled rotten! Thank you so much for a great weekend at Blue on 62! Hope to visit again!
We had a great stay, but there was a problem with accommodation. Although there was no problem with the place to stay. I slept on the floor the first night because there was not enough sleeping space. I just booked Blue on 62 because the ad on the website showed there was room for 4 people. (King size bed and 2 small children's mattresses). But when I mentioned it to the owner she said it was impossible. I then showed her on the advertisement that the above was indeed indicated. I also have a screenshot of your website that mentions it.

Cute little place, artistically and comfortably furnished, friendly hostess, nice and private. Our 2 small dogs were welcome. It's an ideal place to explore Hermanus and surroundings from.
Thea is an absolute gem of a lady with a heart of gold and her cottage is beautifully and charmingly decorated with everything one might need. It's spacious and airy with a relaxing outlook over the garden and an upstairs veranda with sea views. It's a safe and peaceful neighbourhood close to the beachfront. Cliff path which is great for long walks. Love our stay at Blue 62.
Our animals were very well received and for that I give Thea 5 out of 5 and a big thank you. Would go there again anytime. Nice close to the sea and you can go for a lovely walk with your husband or your animals.
Blue on 62 is an incredible guest house. There is so much attention to detail and the interior is beautiful. Kobus and Thea are incredibly special people and make sure that one's stay is of high quality. Another big bonus is that they welcomed our dog kids with open arms.
We really enjoyed our long weekend and were pretty much spoiled by the owner on the rainy Sunday with delicious pancakes. Nice yard for the dog children.
We wish we could stay longer! We needed accommodation at short notice that allowed dogs over the busy festive season and Thea welcomed us with open arms. We just wanted a clean place to stay but were completely surprised with the beautifully decorated apartment and amenities. Next time we will definitely stay 2+ nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated cottage with a wonderful and friendly hostess who completely adored and spoiled our fur baby! The location is also perfect with the beach a few 100 meters away, lovely walking trails all over and a shopping centre and the centre of Hermanus just a short drive away.
