Well situated in tranquil charming Arniston, comfortable room with private patio, hands-on service from the owners. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious, prepared and presented with care.

We had a lovely meal cooked by Adrien, the owner, both him and his wife were wonderful and inviting. The staff is super professional. The room was sparkling clean and peaceful.
Good accommodation: pleasant host/wife, tasty meals, friendly and reliable workers, very clean, very tidy.
The only drawback is the fact that there is no view of the sea. But the sea is within walking distance and the beautiful location and good service make up for it.
The place to stay was neat but the owner made us feel uncomfortable because we were traveling with a small child and when the reservation was made and confirmed we were not told that no children were allowed. Also, we bought wine from several wine farms and when we wanted to use some of it at the pool, we had to pay a "corkage fee", but upstairs in our room we could have used it for free? The breakfast was excellent and must mention that the owners went out of their way to serve us earlier as we wanted to go to the caves before low tide. It is a very nice, neat little place. Noise from bar late at night can be disturbing for travelers.
There was nothing wrong with the unit itself. Unfortunately, after my swim at the beach, ready for a quiet afternoon of reading and relaxing, I find the music over the speakers around the pool area annoyingly loud. I was the only guest. Even a closed door did not quell the noise. Between 4 and 6 I repeatedly requested the owner to turn down or turn down the music, explaining to listen to the birds or sea. However, his attitude was that 'tastes differ', and after a heated argument he temporarily turned off the music in a fit of rage. I was sorry I had booked to eat there that night, because the experience was spoiled for me; moreover, the 'music' was turned on again. So, nice place, and if you like the type of music that usually plays in the background at Pick & Pay or Checkers - then this is your place. If you like silence, then don't. I will not go again.
Very friendly and hospitable host and hostess. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Nice atmosphere and delicious food.
Everything in the place works well. The bed already sleeps well the first night. The owner is friendly and helpful and just a great cook too.

The establishment is extremely well run. The guest house is your home away from home. The plus is that dinner is offered as an option with a very well stocked bar. It's 5 stars on all levels.
The only comment I can give is that the ladies who clean the room should only wait until one has already left the premises before they come in and remove the bedclothes and don't do this when you go for breakfast. It feels like an invasion of one's privacy and that you need to get out as soon as possible.

The room was spacious with plush, soft bed linen. The guesthouse is close enough to walk to the main hotel and beach. Their own bar has a wide variety of choice. We enjoyed a lovely dinner prepared by the guesthouse (available and pre-booked on the day). We ate at the local restaurant in the fishing village too but they are not licensed. You can take your own wine, with a corkage fee.
The team at Blue Sky went above and beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but absolutely special. We will go back next time just to relax there.
From our arrival to departure we were treated very well. Just a pity we were only there 1 night. Breakfast was delicious. Already booked to go again in September.
So much effort was made to make our visit as wonderful as possible. The breakfast was a huge surprise and very tasty. Lots of extras like sparkling wine and flowers for our honeymoon.
A very nice and friendly guest house. Despite the bad weather, we still didn't feel cooped up. The unit was clean and tidy. The absence of a TV in the room was actually very good - because then you can rest, chat and socialize better. I might want to experience a more intimate pub feel next time (they have, among other things, an incredible selection of whiskies, so will have to return!

We had such a great stay at BlueSky Arniston. The place is very neat and clean. Dinner was 5 star quality. From starter to dessert was top class. Even the chef came to ask if we were satisfied with the food. Will definitely come again.
Just stayed a night, as part of a road trip. Breakfast was great, perfect balance between privacy and attentiveness. Low key, everything was spotless and the staff was all lovely. If it was warmer the pool would have been very welcome. Would have enjoyed 1 more day there. Great weekend getaway with outdoor options and nice backroads through small towns to get there.
Bedding, towels, room and bathroom were very neat and spotless. Room was serviced in the morning. The only thing that bothered me was my car parked on the side of the street. No rear gate parking. Everyone was very friendly and we chatted like old friends.

The accommodation was unbeatable - clean, spacious, tidy and the rooms tastefully decorated. On top of the accommodation, the owners are the most hospitable people we have ever encountered. Breakfast was also delicious. The icing on the cake is the lovely "splash pool" that is available to guests.
Beautiful blue and white theme, friendly owners, very luxurious rooms with special touches such as a coffee machine and air conditioning. Delicious, massive breakfast, tastiest home-baked muffins ever. I will stay there again for sure.
This B&B is highly recommended especially as it caters for dinners as well. This is particularly welcome as Arniston does not have many restaurants. The food was excellent as was the service. We will definitely return when we visit Arniston again. Adrian also gave us a tour of the village and the surrounding area taking us to places only accessible by 4X4 or on foot. This is a gesture much appreciated.
