25 guests' feedbackWe had a beautiful stay, Their service is excellent, Mss Racheal was very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. My only concern was the safety and parking, Blyde Lodge has a very limited space when it comes to parking. When we had to leave for our daily activity our vehicle was closed off by another, so we had to wait for the owner of the vehicle to first move so that we can get out. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room, which had a bath, after they saw we had a toddler.
Service was perfect. Breakfast was well presented.
Stunning, impressive.
Breakfast was late, but taste was good. Shower water in unit 4 tends to stop flowing. Fix the external door in room 3 to keep rats out as we had a rat at night.
Parking area not as desired, gates are locked with lock so no free movement I will not stay there again. The bathtub in bathroom weak.
The service was excellent and management was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very neat and crisp, spotless! The ceiling in the bathroom needs a coat of paint.
The experience was nice. I enjoyed almost everything, but they must look at the bed. On the one side it needs attention. One young lady who works at the reception she must go for customer service. I felt she was not helpful when we needed to ask her questions regarding parking.
Lodge is very small and photos misleading, no personal outside space. They asked to leave my car keys because of their limited parking space, which is not acceptable. We left immediately with no refund at all. We stayed in another place. Would never go back there.

My partner was blown away by the decor, cleanliness and friendly staff who made sure we are comfortable. We are very happy with the service and our stay was elegant.
Neat place without any funny things or things that make you uncomfortable. Parking is something to get used to, but it is handled very responsibly on one's behalf. Feel free to stay there.
The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully clean and tidy, and the bed and bedding are like new. Customer service was very good with management responding promptly to requests.

I really enjoyed myself and had a great time.
Our beds were 2 single beds and did not look like the pictures at all. Was upset about it. However, they quickly put it together and made it up again. But the two beds were different heights. Didn't sleep well. In the morning when we were packing the car, we were rushed and asked to pull the car out so that we could make room for other vehicles that were nowhere to be found. There were no other vehicles. Then my husband said "can you see that we are busy packing the car, then the young lady said: "Oh are you busy?" Really, she couldn't see it!
Lovely beds, spacious rooms and from this place you can drive beautiful routes.
The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were friendly, but the location of Blyde Lodge left something to be desired. We also had other guests' cars right in front of our room door which was uncomfortable because there were people trying to sneak into our room all the time. The parking was also uncomfortable because we were parked and had to wait for them to move vehicles before we could get out.
We enjoyed our time at Blyde Lodge and we'd recommend it any time. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Ideal for one night!
The service is wonderful. The staff are friendly, you get close like they are family. They have a perfect braai place and a pool.
We got lost on our way, called the establishment but nobody could direct us. When we got to the place, the guy who was there just showed us our room and that was it. We were so disappointed about the level of professionalism. The room was clean.
