14 guests' feedbackWhat a great weekend. Unforgettable stay and location. Everything was clean and nice.
My hubby is in a wheelchair so that's a biggie for us. Was completely accessible for him.
We really enjoyed our stay at Boabab Lodge. More than enough sleeping space and all the rooms have air conditioning. View from the rooms was breathtaking. Rooms are large, bathrooms are nicely laid out with shower and bath.
We really enjoyed the visit. I am only sorry that the game viewing vehicle is not included in the stay. Its use is not available to visitors and only for the use of the owner.
The house is spacious with all the amenities one needs. Everything was nice and clean and the wildlife is breathtaking.
The owner was very helpful, he let us help with a problem on a Saturday night. Very friendly and hospitable.
Baobab was everything and more, the kitchen, the living and sleeping areas were lovely. The inside fire place allowed to stay warm and work into the night. I would definitely recommend the lodge. The animal sitings from the balcony were magical.
Spacious house with a great layout. House was clean with everything you would need. The location was great and we were able to view many animals from our balcony. Sunsets were amazing! I would definitely recommend the Boabab Lodge and will most definitely be visiting there again soon.
The view is absolutely incredible. Really accomodating in every aspect. Two fridges worked very well with so many people staying there. Child friendly! Gates at all the stairs. Service is very good. Prompt response to any of our questions. Very welcoming. Our electricity went off and they came to assist us quickly. Fireplace inside came in handy as we were there during a rainy period. Gas braai also came in handy on the rainy nights. Guest toilet on the main floor came in handy as we didn't need to climb the stairs to use the restroom. I know these might be strange things to mention but these are the things we were pleasantly surprised by and thankful for during our stay. Almost as if Boabab was made for our family. Something that would have been nice is a warm pool but we knew from the start that it was not a warm pool so we can't complain about that. Pity we couldn't use the boma area due to the weather. Looks amazing! And also not on the photos. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The property and the staff were top. Constant focus on safety with regards to fires and daily cleaning service, and the restaurant as well. Customer service is clearly the passion of all the staff we encountered. We will be back.
Being in the private part of Mabalingwe, there are less people and more animals, which suited us well. The house is spacious, we were there with 4 couples, 2 teenagers and 2 small children.
Perfect for a large group, bathrooms en suite. Wi-Fi connects but no internet connection. It is located within the Mabalingue Reserve, free access to cold and warm pools, playgrounds and self drive tours for game viewing.
This house was beautifully furnished for a visit with family. The spacious rooms and incredible view help to take in the feeling of freedom and tranquility. The animals come really close and the view on a water point is definitely a plus.
We had such a nice weekend. All animals right in front of deck by waterhole. Staff also very friendly. Will see you soon.
