It had been very delicious.
Our stay was amazing. All details were emailed to me, and everything was clearly written on the fridge. We didn't need to ask for anything. The place was exceptionally clean, and small touches like dish soap being provided were very helpful and thoughtful. It was located in a safe area with security. The indoor braai was fantastic, and there's also an outdoor braai. The jacuzzi was an incredible experience and added a lot of fun to our stay. I would definitely recommend it.
From the time I made the reservation until we left, the communication with the owners was very good and friendly. The house is nice and spacious and very tidy with everything you need. It is also located in a quieter part of Uilkraal which makes it even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again.

House is nicely decorated and it is a very comfortable stay. It is set up with everything you need. We really enjoyed the hot tub ! Perfect for a winter or summer stay, would have loved for there to be Netflix or DStv for one of those winter days, otherwise, can only say thank you for making our stay a good one!
The house was equipped with everything and wonderfully quiet. Owner may pay attention to more loadshedding lighting. Freestanding lights provided and perhaps energy saving light bulbs as well. Other than that, everything was perfect.
I would recommend Bokkompie to a family that just wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is looking for a weekend of peace and quiet.
Read the fine print very carefully. Gokkompie does not provide any towels. It was asked to bring more toilet paper. There is a R1000 additional fee that must be paid directly into the owner's account. It is only paid back to man much later. The owner prefers that outstanding money be paid directly into her account. Note: The property is in a caravan park. The photos provided are misleading. The house is cold and the blankets thin. The fridge had mold in it and the KolKol bathtub was dirty and full of sand and cigarette butts. I sent the owner pictures of the bathtub and the fridge, she just said that the cleaners did clean it. She did not try to correct the matter. I had to spend the first two hours of my time there cleaning myself. We drove earlier and stayed in Hermanus for the rest of our holiday. The experience still leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I myself work in the hospitality industry and you always try to solve the customer's problem, not just make excuses and blame the customer.
