22 guests' feedbackSomeone changed my booking from 2 family rooms to 1 family room and twin room, however, thank you to the lady who received us, she gave us a complimentary twin room. The staff is friendly, however the hotel is not as clean. The carpet and the walls on the staircases need a serious clean.
Beautiful old hotel, good service, good shower and sleep, but no swimming pool. Price did not include breakfast, and it's in a horrible, dangerous area of the central town inside a mall. Our room's view was a building's roof. Not enjoying.
The hotel is really nice clean and tidy you can see they are making improvements, it is not deteriorating, but unfortunately it is in a very poor environment. You only feel safe when you are in the hotel.
Guests staying there must realize there are other guests as well. Very noisy in corridors.

Very nice resting place with delicious restaurant and bar. Lovely beds and extras in the rooms. We felt like we were in a very expensive hotel for a very suitable price.
We slept great, but the hot tap takes forever to heat up resulting in a lot of water being wasted.

We saw the Bon hotel on the website and booked a room for 4 people. We then got a reply back from Sylvia Morgan saying they do not have availability of the room for my date. I then saw on the website that the room were still available and sent an email asking why is there bo availability whereas on the website there is...and 1 2 3, the room for 4 people were suddenly available again so I paid the required deposit online. We always travel as a group of 4, so we booked a room for 4 adults. The room had 2x double beds (thanks for that) but the in-room coffee/tea facilities were only enough for 2 people, only 2x water drinking glasses, 2x cups to name just a few. The rooms were nice enough...and although the room were for 4 people, the bathroom only had 2 towels and one bar of soap. We needed a room as stop-over and rest, but the hotel had a team of snooker players over who had their annual award ceremony and we could hear the deafening boom-boom loud music all the way from downstairs in the conference room. I know this because I went downstairs to see what was going on. Twice in one day we were issued with new key cards as the key cards had system errors and would not open the door. The basement parking were not free and not well secured, as it is open for the general public as well. Thankfully the car was still in the same spot the next morning. We checked out the next morning, very tired and booked ourselves in at a different establishment later that evening. Thanks to the staff members that were nice to us, you deserve the tip that we gave you.
The accommodation is not suitable for holidaymakers. It's a typical "business accommodation establishment". Very "dated". The meals were bland and tasteless without any imagination!
The staff is very competent and went out of their way to accommodate me! My room was very comfortable.

The staff is very helpful and the place is incredibly clean and tidy. It's just bad the area where the hotel is located that you can't move around in the street without feeling unsafe. The bathroom sink faucet is loose and difficult to open and close and the toilet flushes with difficulty. We really have nothing else to complain about.

Won't recommend it again. Not safe, especially at night in the streets.
We were not informed at all that there was no hot water available. The noise in our hallway continued for hours into the early morning. As a result we canceled our stay for the next night and we will definitely not book there again.
