Except for the weather, very relaxing. Note to the next guests, kitchen utensils are a bit limited, but hopefully they take the suggestions I made on the comment card seriously.
The unit is modern, neat and close to the beach, but it's not a swimming beach, so you have to drive to the swimming beaches. The unit's kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking and food preparation.

House rules
The Braai area is communal.Pets are not allowed.
Parties, loud music, or overcrowding are not allowed.
Guests are required to bring their own rackets tennis balls, and pool cues should they wish to make use of the complex facilities.
The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit is paid must be filled out and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation being returned to Just Property.
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
If the property is damaged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, through negligence or not, by yourself or anyone else, you agree to pay for the damages if they exceed the amount held in the breakage deposit.
If you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is on you to inform our offices immediately.
The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account you nominate.
Please remember to email us your account details.
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 14 days prior to arrival.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats, or houses; should you smoke in the house, you will lose your breakage deposit in full.

During your stay, you will need to bring your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper.
If a cleaning service is needed, it can be arranged prior to arrival at an extra cost, which will be provided upon request, if there is a cleaning lady available.
Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event that any appliance is out of order, we cannot be held liable for its replacement.
