There are 2 bathrooms, and each bathroom has a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a bath. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans in the living area and the bedrooms, ideal for those hot summer days. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests convenience. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV with limited DStv channels.
Guests have access to gas braai facilities outside. The complex is conveniently located 2.5 km from South Coast Mall and Shelly Centre.

9 guests' feedbackThe resort is beautiful with amazing sea views, however Unit E needs some renovation. The sliding doors in the lounge leading onto the balcony do not lock. I read this comment from a previous guest and assumed that it would have been addressed and fixed. We opened the bedroom sliding door, which we could not close. We eventually left it open and slept in the other bedroom. Secondly, the letting agent issued terms and conditions with strict no noise after 9pm rule. Our first night, we could not sleep; the tenants in the unit above had a loud party until after 2.00am. Messages were sent to the emergency numbers, but we only received a response at 09.00am the following morning.
Excellent location, close to the beach and shopping centres. Complex was peaceful and quiet. The unit we stayed in, no. 51, seriously needs to be upgraded/ updated. There was no air-conditioning only fans which didn't even work properly, it gave us absolutely no relief from the stifling heat. The sliding doors to the balcony in the lounge and the bedroom need servicing as they continuously got stuck. . The bathrooms need an upgrade as well. The water in the communal pool was so warm/hot at times, it felt like we were swimming in a heated pool.

Best value for money, cleans, it's safe, space is more than enough, place let's you feel cosy and comfortable. Will definitely see me again. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Bondi Beach. Secure, clean and lots of activities for my kid. A place I will recommend to anyone.

Nice stay. Would love to visit again. We only had one too few plates, but that was really all that was wrong. Great place.
We had a great holiday there. The unit is spacious with large rooms and a nice large patio. Beautiful view of the sea and you can constantly hear the waves breaking. Kitchen is practical and closet at basin has a little water damage. Bathrooms also practical and simple. I think if the kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded the place will get 5 stars. Good location near shops and beaches. Will definitely book here again.

House rules
All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the company at least three days before arrival.
Payment must be made via EFT only.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to occupation.
No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.
Cancellation policies on online booking portals will apply if applicable.
A breakage deposit is payable and refundable within 30 working days of departure, less any deductions.
Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.
Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.
The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.
Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.
The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
