Bontkop has safe off street parking for your vehicle on the premises, an elevator servicing all 3 levels of the guest house, as well as direct access to the beach without having to cross public roads or pathways.
North of the guest house is a park and boardwalk along the beach, passing cozy restaurants on the Atlantic beachfront. South, and adjacent to the guest house, is the serene beach of the nature reserve stretching for 7 km to Blouberg strand. You can spend your day lazing next to the pool or on the private sun-deck with jacuzzi watching whales, or simply kick back to listen to the waves cascading over the rocks below. Ronel and Nico have been very friendly hostesses and hosts. We had a great time with them. Rooms were clean and tidy! The location of the guest house is also very good and within walking distance to the nearest swimming area. The breakfast was delicious every morning!
One cannot ask for more: delicious breakfasts, friendly hostess and host. We could make ourselves at home in the living room with the beautiful view. We still had the benefit of a view to the north on the veranda that ran from our unit. 5 star in all cases.
We had an incredibly nice stay and the sea, which was so 'noisy', made it possible for us to sleep well. We will be back. Thanks to Ronel and her husband.

We certainly enjoyed the evening in Bontkop. The owner is so friendly, helpful. Their service is really very good! We will recommend the place to many people. And of course we will also visit Bontkop again in the future.
We were lucky to be upgraded to the honeymoon suite. It was a delightful and unexpected treat. The view from the room is exceptional, and it's right on the beach. I was able to take pictures of the view from the bed! Ronel and her staff are particularly friendly and helpful, but without being intrusive. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared, the room clean. Lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend.
