Most beautiful gardens, hospitality great, room not up to 4 star standard, bathroom dirty, linen, curtains and room mats battered.
These people know how to look after guests - if you want to barbecue there is wood, if you want to drink something there is ice - definitely my best service ever and I often stay in guest houses.
Received a warm welcome and the place was in excellent condition, was neat and clean. It was worth it.

Very well kept place, and the accommodation was amazing.
Administration was confused and couldn't find our deposit. We had been there for 2 hours already when they phoned to ask when we would be arriving. The room was neat, but not vacuumed. One bed lamp's plug was just thrown under the bed, without an electrical point closeby, so just decorative? The shower has black fungi between the tiles. The price does not justify the condition of the guesthouse. A big revamp is suggested.

It was an incredible experience.
Was happy with everything, except the pool. It was very warm, which is one of my main reasons why I chose Bordeaux Haven. My two adult sons and I were hanging out together this weekend, and would also like to swim. The pool was just too dirty, and doesn't look at all like the picture on the ad. Christine was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

The stay was very nice. Nice clean rooms. Everything we need is there. The food is also very tasty. We will always book there again. It was very nice to sleep over there.
I would highly recommend Bordeaux Haven. Lovely accommodation. Friendly, helpful staff. They care about their guests' comfort.
The rooms' carpets need a good wash. The blinds and curtains are so full of dust that you suffocate when you try to open them. No hot water - cold showers. Previous guests have also complained about it and still nothing has been done about it. We were not informed about it either! The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.
