53 guests' feedbackVery nice! Thank you.
Very nice stay for 2 nights, clean, tidy with everything you need. Many animals visit the unit during the day and especially at night.
We had a great time in Bos-Geluk. It was good value for money and we enjoyed the braai/hanging out area which is designed to feel like you are in the woods.
Lovely house in a beautiful part of Marloth Park. We enjoyed the animals coming through. The beds were comfortable and there were enough fridges for our large family.
It was an excellent experience to be able to stay in a clean house with all amenities. The animal life at Bos-Geluk Huis is abundant during the day, and then you have the experience of night monkeys and forest night monkeys in the evenings. You forget about life in the city here.
It was awfully nice. You see a lot of wildlife at the cottage itself. Pool was pretty clean. Everything was nice.
Very nice stay. All the (basics) are there to use.
It was wonderful, saw many animals! Owners very helpful. Thank you very much.
Will definitely visit again. Excellent.
Comfortable stay. Solar panels so no load shedding.
It is an experience that words cannot accurately describe. You have to experience it.
Was nice, thanks for the use of the house, perfect for 6 people. Animals walk between the houses and even if they give you heart attacks when you come around a corner it is more than enough. Big 4 seen in the Kruger just missed lions. Thanks and see you again soon.
Thank you Uncle and Aunt.
Had a great stay. The house has everything you need. It was very neat.
Bosaapie is a nice place for a couple or small family, with nature on your doorstep: night monkeys, zebras, kudus that pass right in front of you.
Place is neat and clean, owners very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it tremendously and saw many animals.
The house is nice and big for a large group of people. There are 2 rooms that have to share a bathroom but each room has a door to the same bathroom so if you are busy in the bathroom any person from the other room can just walk in because their room also has a door to that.
We had a great time. Thank you very much. Nagapies were precious and came to beg for their bananas every night!
Very nice. Will go again.
The house is small, but can easily accommodate 6 to 7 people. We enjoyed the wildlife coming to the house each day and had a couple of visits from the bush babies.
Good value for your money, owner is very friendly and helpful.
Very nice place to relax.
Accommodation extremely comfortable and safe. Everyone was able to relax and a large variety of animal visitors came to visit which we could feed and spoil. Road to Bos-Geluk Huis also tarred and only a small piece of dirt road almost nothing. Thank you very much Marinda and Jansen for your kindness and for allowing us to stay at your home. We were very happy in the forest at your house and will definitely stay there again.
The house was neat and clean.
You cannot go wrong by booking this house. We were 8 adults, but there is ample room for 12. All amenities you need. Nice stoep and braai area and walking distance from municipal swimming pool, although using that pool is not free anymore as it was in the past.
A wonderful place to rest and relax.
We had a lovely weekend. Everything you need for a peaceful weekend in the woods.
We enjoyed the wildlife visits. The pool was an absolute winner, since it was so hot. We had privacy and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. The unit had everything we needed. We will visit again. Thank you.
The location of the house is perfect. We saw most of the animals that Marloth has to offer at our backdoor. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. I definitely recommend Bos Geluk.
A gas stove would have been great due to loadshedding, just so a kettle could have been boiled at anytime.
Clean practical place. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Lovely visiting areas on stoep and boma. Goats, pigs, mouse dogs and night monkeys visitors every day and evening. And only 15 min from Kruger park. Can really recommend Bos-Geluk.
Very nice residential unit and incredibly beautiful view over the forest, especially if you sit by the boma in the evenings and have a barbecue. The animal life, of incredible abundance, and always an experience to see. Thank you very much Marinda.
One complaint. There is only one geyser between two units. We were a family of 4 and the unit on the other side of the wall had 10 guests so we were often with out hot water.
Rooms has double bed plus single beds in 2 rooms which cannot be used by 3 pairs. Sleeper couch is damaged. Used bricks to balance. Kitchen a small, messy place. Only undercover table and chairs were a pleasure which we used most of time.
We had a very pleasant weekend. Will definitely book again. The place is neat and very spacious.
Really worth it for adults and the kids as a nice weekend getaway!
Everything was clean and neat. The owner was very helpful and will go and stay there any time.
One of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the stay. Variety of animals seen. One of the best equipped units. Thank you very much.
House is very clean and comfortable. Patio and splash pool a delicious combination. Location 5 star. Would definitely recommend for families.
We took my 87-year-old mother with us - she walks with a frame/crutch and could easily get in and out of the house. Even the bathroom was large and convenient for her to use. A handle at the toilet and in the shower would be a recommendation. The location is perfect - little direct sun for the summer time and the air conditioning and roof fans are a big plus!
Very large, very neat and clean, practically laid out. Will definitely use the place again.
Home's water pipes and showers above lack attention. Wooden floor upstairs makes a lot of noise. Not a good idea if you want silence. Too little living space inside for so many people when it's cold.
Dear Forest Happiness! Will go again. for sure. Very clean, safe and tidy. Comfortable!
Had a great time. The house has everything and more than one could need. Lounge area lovely and in the shade and absolutely private. Enjoyed the visits of monkeys, night monkeys, kudus, bush goats and meerkats. It was very hot and the pool was a popular place to escape the heat. Will come again.
There was a misunderstanding but it was addressed before our arrival. Would recommend Bos-Geluk to anyone.
It is a very nice place to stay. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.
Good, friendly service. Everything was in working order and as advertised. A lovely place to hang out! House is sufficient for wheelchair, even though it isn't advertised as such, maybe just a pathway to the braai area next to the house.
At Bos-Geluk we had a wonderful time with the daily forest animals that came to visit. We had hot water and power every day. The house is well equipped and from all rooms the animal life outside is visible. There is plenty of outdoor space and the one closed porch gives peace of mind in the forest. The house is located next to a tarred road and there is not a lot of dust when cars pass by. We will definitely visit again. Thanks to the helpful hostess Marinda.
The water pressure and shower facilities are poor at many of the places I've been to. At Bos-Geluk the shower facilities, the water pressure and the beds were great. There is everything you will need to feed the goats and night monkeys and watch them for hours was the highlight for me.
Enjoyed the galagos a lot, especially to feed bananas to them! Absolutely stunning atmosphere!
We will definitely use and recommend Bos-Geluk Huis' accommodation again in the future!
Bos-Geluk is a very neat, well furnished and beautiful spacious house near the river. We really enjoyed the visits on the stoep with the night monkeys and bush goats.
I am a regular visitor to Marloth Park. It's our first time at Bosgelukhuis and I was amazed by the neat, comfortable place. Als was very nice, clean and comfortable. The highlight for all of us was when the night owls came out after 6pm that night to eat. We sat out for their bananas and it was an experience to be able to see so many of them a few steps away from us. A kid or two also came to say hello, as well as some warthogs and monkeys. If of course for my youngest child's entertainment. He enjoyed it so much. I would recommend Bos-Geluk to anyone. It was really worth going home there. I will use forest luck again. We were there in the winter, but still had nice warm days, not too cold at night for the braai at the outdoor braai. I believe Bos-Geluk just needs a splash pool for the hot summer days. This will be a great asset to the owners. With accommodation at a premium everywhere, bush bliss really is value for money. Many thanks to the owners of Bos-Geluk for a nice break that you offer to holidaymakers. You guys are tops.
