Enough for a couple and their two children. Shortcomings are that the air conditioning did not work. Seeing that the Cape was cold during our stay there was also no provision for alternative heating although we asked for it. The second morning the water was also cold and we had to call first so that the geyser could be turned on. It almost made us late for a doctor's appointment.
We feel that the lighting in the house was very poor. We had to use our own tourches to be able to see properly. The outside braai had no proper light. Making a braai difficult. We were 4 adults staying and had to share a room. Perhaps a division to seperate the two sides would make it a lot more comfortable. The gate had no lock and could be opened easily. This can be a safety issue. For future dont move in furniture while you have guests inhouse. We were getting dressed for a wedding when the owners decided to move in cupboard. This was an uncomfortable situstion. And the next person might not be so forgiving.
Niekie is a host, the place is well equipped and for sure recommendable to any traveller. Everything was great!
Boston 10 is a home away from home. Would stay there again anytime and the owners are wonderful people.
I will definitely stay here again, it is very neat, clean, peaceful and the decor and furniture are beautiful. The reception was also very friendly and very helpful. There is truly everything you may need and the parking is also safe.
1. Washing machine is advertised in photo but not even connected. So we have to incur extra expenses to have clothes washed because we didn't pack enough (if there were). 2. Oven, but oven pan doesn't even fit in it so couldn't use it either. 3. Fry but no tongs or bowls. Binnebraai's grill does not fit properly. Grill a few times with meat falling off. 4. WiFi signal very weak. No mop to wash floors with. Cleaning services were offered on the 7th, we have been there since the 1st. Nice place, but facilities are not up to standard at all.

We had a great stay, it was just a simple unpack and be. Very nice and well appointed accommodation with pampering, everything you could need, there is plenty of it. Neat, clean and comfortable. Was just nice and comfortable relaxation.

The unit was clean and pleasant, but had no TV connection, no plug for hand basin to shave, no shelf for make up by the mirror. No iron for clothing, and no long life milk for a cup of coffee/tea.
No communication, not picking up the phone at all. Had to load money on power meter just to be able to pack. Don't know where light switch was. Very weak.

Our time at Boston 10 was nice, will definitely book there again. It was spacious, neat, clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is private with a separate entrance and more than enough parking space.
