5 guests' feedbackMy family and I found everything as we hoped before we left on vacation.
I requested just property before hand check out time will be at 10 am instead of 8. At 8:15 somebody called and rushed us to vacate the room before 8:50. All the food we made for breakfast was forced to put in bin and 3 kids were rushed out of the building. It's not fair on tenants who come for relaxing and pay a lot if money.
Clean, very homely and all the necessary is available.
Boulevard 213 is wonderfully located, to see the sea in the morning, everything you need on a vacation. Would love to stay there again, but instead go to Uvongo Beach for the days on the beach.
The low point was the DStv was not working although. I brought my decoder. Highlights were the view from veranda and the main bed room.

Breakage Deposit

House rules
- Please note that the R600 admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
