I will definitely come back, I really enjoyed the place.
The place is nice and big and close to the beach. Definitely going to book again for my family.
Good location. Great place. Comfortable furniture. Old linen. Gas grill not working properly. Kitchen cupboards and crockery are not all nice and clean. I asked for a cleaning service, but no one came. The staff member only answered her phone on day 1. The standing fans that were promised never arrived. Artificial flowers? No extra black bags and were not warned to bring.
We enjoyed our trip with friends, we wish to see you again.
The pictures are a true reflection of the place, it's neat and clean. Had wonderful agents namely Jenine, Juandri and especially Monita who went out of her way to assist me on a Sunday. We had a lovely stay at Boulevard.
I enjoyed my stay, it's in the center of everything. Lovely apartment. huge and spacious.

The area didn't have water for the first two days of our visit. And we had to buy water to bath, drink and cook.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the R600 admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
