4 guests' feedbackHope next time we can braai even on weekends.
Spare room stinks, 2 steak knives, 1 steak knife's tip off, lots of mistakes on arrival in room, was sorted out. Shouldn't it have already been sorted out when we arrived, isn't there an inspection? Resort is 4 star, but room 324 no 4 star! In the bathroom you have to use shower head to draw water in the mini-bath. One washing machine for the whole resort, outside operation on arrival and still outside operation when we checked out! Breakers unfortunately won't see us again.
The booking in was long and standing in a queue was not the ideal start.
There were no tongs/fork and the can opener didn't work. Mattress was in poor condition. Air conditioner leaked in unit on floor. Trash very small. Refrigerator was not working properly.
