7 guests' feedbackAbsolutely lovely. The unit was very clean and tidy. The photos reflected exactly what the unit looked like. The aircon did make some noise, but when reported, the feedback and assistance were quick.
1. Windows don't shut properly. 2. Small cockroaches in kitchen. 3. Sharp knives are broken and poor quality. 4. All coffee mugs are small. 5. Glasses and mugs are all different sizes. 6. No braai bowl. 7. Taps leaking in kitchen. 8. No plug in kitchen sink. 9. No plugs at mirrors, so hard to do hair and makeup.
The room is a little smaller.
Nice resort, lots to do for us and the children, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Clean, nice apartment. Nice view.
Aircon not working in our apartment for our entire trip after reporting it numerously. The sofa was dirty in the living room. The cookerhood above the stove is not working. Requested if I could book out a bit later on the Sunday as I was working in the area and might not be finished by 10am - was told that we should strictly be out by 10am. The resort itself is in a good location and have good facilities for kids. Will not book with this agent and this room again.

No information about resort in rooms, was told there was no cleaning services and when we looked again there were people in our unit. When we wanted to sign at a restaurant, we first had to open an account at reception, but when you sign in it is not mentioned. Only 4 forks, no scissors.

In order to maintain the current high standards of the resort, the resort undergoes general maintenance and renovations in the months of September to November during office hours Monday to Friday. In this regard, guests may experience some disturbance and we apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused as a result of this maintenance.Included is a daily service, except on Public Holidays, Sundays and during special promotions.
Guests have access to all the resort facilities.
Linen provided, but bring along swimming towels or rent from reception.
