5 guests' feedbackIt's a very nice resort, but the mattresses in the unit we had are old and soggy, they need to be replaced for sure. Thank you very much for your great service, no further problems.
We had a nice stay, the aircon only leaks water and the single bed is right under the aircon so the bed gets wet, we couldn't turn on the aircon.
It is one of the most amazing places I visited in South Africa. Staff is friendly, the service is excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The food is very delicious. I give it five star rating without a doubt, I would not mind going back again to Breakers Resort.
Our children from London and Australia were together at Breakers for Dad's birthday. They thought it was really a place to recommend to overseas visitors.
We were four adults sharing the one-room unit. The description of the unit must please be better. We were under the impression that there would be at least one bedroom since we were four adults. However, it is one room like a bachelor apartment with the beds, kitchen and living room in one room. The fourth bed is a bed pulled out under the other bed. There were no sheets or duvet for the fourth bed. I inquired at reception but was told that it is a private unit. They said they would inquire with the owner, but all the owner was interested in was proof of payment. I will book at Breakers Resort again anytime but never again this unit. It was really a disappointment. It was my birthday and we wanted to spend the day there.
