It is a beautiful place, right on the beach, with amazing gardens and friendly staff. Had a great time.
We stayed one weekend in a ground floor apartment and the next weekend on the 4th floor with a balcony. Neat clean units with all the basic amenities needed. Friendly staff. Beautiful views of large gardens and lawns with lots of palm trees, nice close to the bluest blue swimming pools, ate mostly at the Reef Cafe on site, watched the monkeys, went for a walk on part of the boardwalk, unfortunately not the full Hawaan Forest walk not done. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a 15 and an 8 year old - there were activities to cater for both. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of what Breakers had to offer!
Very relaxing and professional.
Having stayed at a Breakers in the past I was expecting more, but the resort has not been upgraded properly for years. The bathroom is dated. The resort has one thing that is positive: they have top sheets on the bed.
The room was very neat and modern. Also very clean, but I didn’t feel very comfortable in this hotel. The screaming coming from people in the passage was until late at night, which kept us up. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It felt like a home away from my own. It was safe, with friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect for a family with young children. Beautiful large and spacious gardens, beautiful outdoor areas and swimming pools. Close to the sea and very nice hiking trail.
Upon arrival in our room the air conditioner was not working. Problem reported, someone came to check and fixed, still not working. Going to complain again. Waited about 2 hours before someone showed up to say they would come fix it the next day, but we booked out the next day. Refrigerator is small and falls out of each other. The boiler's parts are loose in the boiler. Shower floor is very smooth. There is an ironing board but no iron. An awful lot of noise, including children running and shouting in the corridors before 7 in the morning. Will not stay there again.
We were very disappointed with our stay. The guests on the same floor were unacceptability loud, shouting and screaming most of the afternoon and through the night. Even after asking reception to address, the noise continued once security left the floor. We were repeatedly woken up during the night.
We were a bit disappointed when we arrived and was told that our booking was not on the system and we had to wait for the matter to be sorted out. The room that was allocated to us was not prepared for our arrival. It was dusty and we had to ask for towels and the aircon to be fixed.
