The place was nice and big but the only problem we had was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Indoor braai was very convenient; unfortunately the grates were rusted. At several guest houses in Lambertsbaai, we were so used to basic things in the kitchen: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, milk. It might not be a requirement, but it might just have been mentioned on the web page. But thanks for the WiFi and the hostess is friendly and helpful.
Positive: 1. Beautiful sunsets. 2. Well equipped, although here and there something is missing. Negative: 1. You have to bring your own towels. 2. Dangerous staircase to the top. 3. No service whatsoever, not even the trash is emptied. 4. Dirty, tackled barbecue with dirty rusted grates.
We were in Lambertsbaai for the Rooibos2Muisbos and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Neat, well located with a beautiful sea view (basically on your front porch). We had a very nice stay. Thank you very much!

But the stairs to the top are unsafe for elderly people and children. We had a great weekend there, but couldn't explore Lamberts Bay because of the stairs my mother and children had to walk all the time.

Only needs more kitchen utensils, can opener, corkscrew, more bowls and salad bowl that is bigger for a bigger family! Maybe a mirror in the room and bedside lamps in one room. We like to read. We had a great weekend in Lambert's Bay. The unit is clean and open and comfortable. The space is a bit bare but this was not an issue. Overall a good venue for a family with kids but note, the entrance stairs are very steep and the balcony railing is not really safe to let a small child/toddler be there without proper supervision. Great location and the hostess, Lettie, was really attentive and helpful.
Lovely and quiet out of season. Just ask that the fridge be switched on so that it's cold when you arrive. I would suggest a table outside for when you are having a braai.
We had a great stay at Breathe Inn. We were well welcomed. All we would recommend is to close between the two units so that each can have their privacy. But we will definitely stay there again.
Breathe was worth the money, view was spectacular.. Only problem was that they only gave us one roll of toilet paper for the 3 days and we were four. Requested from the cleaner but she never gave us, ended up buying our own.

We had a very nice stay. Very nice place, but the last day spoiled everything. All the plugs were dead, refrigerators, microwaves, geysers did not heat up. Fortunately, the gas stove worked and at least we could boil hot water to wash. Only the TV worked. The lady who saw that everything went smoothly let us know and she tried to call someone, but the man was not in town. Even after we had to call again to ask what to do it wasn't fixed. So we had to be without power for the night. The owner of the place sent me two messages and she just said "okay" and on the second message she said everything was recently redone. Okay, but it has nothing to do with us. She could at least only say sorry for the inconvenience. That's all she could say and it would have made everything better and we would have understood. Sorry is one word but carries so much meaning. Furthermore, we cannot complain about the place.

Stay at Breathe Inn quite okay, just a shame that all the bathrooms are en suite, which makes it uncomfortable for the 2nd couple or someone else who wants to use the bathroom while someone is sleeping. It would only be more comfortable if there was a separate bathroom for the other couples, especially for those who had to sleep on the "sleeper couches". In our opinion, the lady in charge came in at the right time and at the wrong time, especially on Saturday morning while some of the people were still sleeping. The DStv was out of order especially to keep the children busy and the gas in one kitchen was also off. Otherwise, everyone enjoyed the time.

Breathe Inn is a beautiful place and the location is perfect. I was terribly excited about the place. Sunday afternoon the WiFi went off. Most of the power plugs that were on that line also, such as our microwave, fridge and geyser were all off for a whole day in the heat. They apologised for that. Monday morning, people left at 05:00 so they had to take cold showers at 04:00, which was not very pleasant. Monday morning before 08:00 the DStv was also switched off and the check out time is 10:00. As much as I love the place, I'm quite upset in the service we received!
Breathe Inn offers very neat, clean and comfortable accommodation. Lettie received us very kindly and was extremely helpful. Our unit had a safe play area for the children. It's spacious and comfortable, with lots of storage space and a well-equipped kitchen. Bedside lamps in the rooms, safety gate in front of the sliding door and place to hang wet towels and swimwear are missing. Otherwise, Breathe Inn is a wonderful place to switch off.
The sliding door was not very safe to lock and braai grid a bit dirty. But over all it was very great staying there.
Lovely clean and new accommodation. Arrived on a bitterly cold day and the apartment very cold with no heating or air-con unit. Also surprised to see no towels or a wash line, apparently they were available on request but feel it should be standard especially if you are booked in for more than a single night. Otherwise a very spacious apartment.

There is a beautiful view of the sea at sunset. Accommodation is clean and all basic facilities are in place. However, if you are looking for luxury, this is not a good choice.
It is fairly well appointed, but as stated above, the shower was not clean, no side lamps next to the bed. No plug next to the bed to charge phone and laptop. There needs to be a roof fan or something in the bedroom to help cool down the room. No towels is a not on especially if you are travelling by bike. I stay in a similar self-catering in Port Owen for R550 and it is fantastically clean and I get breakfast. Bed lamps next to beds very well equipped, lovely towels supplied, full DStv in bedroom. I think Breathe Inn could better.

Well furnished and clean, I would recommend asking specifically for bedroom with private bathroom as they put 3 adult couples in a 2 bedroom title which caused inconvenience in privacy, as well as the parking in front of the residence brings unwanted elements that disturb rest.
The people are friendly, but I would not recommend the place if you are looking for a quiet place. The unit is not sound proof at all. The house was converted into rooms and is not soundproof. So one can hear the neighbors' every movement and conversation. Unfortunately our neighbors were very noisy and the supervisor did nothing about it. There were no pots or pans either. And one couldn't shower for more than a minute either, then the water went cold. The place also does not sleep 4 people as advertised. We could only sleep 3. I was told that our children (son and daughter) had to share the folding bed. The set of self-built wooden stairs run up the room and make a great noise when guests walk up or down. The place is nice, but would recommend it for large groups that take up the whole place.
