House rules

The right of admission is reserved. The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day or night
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children) If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive.
No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the unit.
No items may be removed from the unit.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior to your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival – strictly in cash.
No boats may enter the parking areas, so please arrange mooring with the Body Corporate in advance.
Please arrive prepared:
Bath and beach towels are not provided.
Linen is provided.
We supply dishwashing liquid, two dish towels, two black bags and one toilet roll per toilet.
No beverages are supplied, please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Loadshedding: This unit does not offer solar or any alternative energy solutions. Please bring your own lighting.
Breede Condo 204 offers a gas hob and wood burning fireplace and gas braai on the patio.
The unit is not serviced.
