Bremen Tranquility is the ideal, affordable place to stay on your way to Fish River Canyons. The accommodation is very neat with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just buy your roast beef, home-baked bread and wood from the friendly host and wife.
Such an awesome experience. A definite if you want to get away from everything and rough it a bit. The setting is brilliant, the views unforgettable, rustic but totally living close to the earth! We loved it but we are used to outdoor facilities etc. The hosts were brilliant, helpful and friendly. The most delicious oranges ever! But must admit the directions and remoteness of the farm were not clearly explained but well worth the effort.
It had been very peaceful. The walking route was very nice.

If you are driving through Namibia's back roads, you must stay here. Experience the farm hospitality. Unbelievable.
There were a few hiccups, but it was okay. The cottage was very hot with no fan. The power was a problem as there were no plugs for use, so we couldn't use our sleep apnea machine. It would have been good if there were occasional chairs instead of a bed in the kitchen area. There was nowhere to sit except at the dining table or outside, and the chairs were uncomfortable. It would be better to put a bunk bed in the bedroom and comfy chairs where the bed is.
We had a wonderful time, starting with a very friendly welcome. A nice house on a beautiful property. Totally quiet. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, good water pressure, and perfect solar energy supply - more than enough for fridge, lights, charging phones etc. We will come again with pleasure.
Stefan immediately made us feel welcome, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Have a great time and enjoy starry sky with children.
If you want tranquility, this is the place. Unit is clean and tidy and located in a beautiful location. Service was excellent. Good value for money.

A pleasant surprise, there was not much information available about the place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The lights work with solar panels and there is a donkey for hot water. It was a slightly cold night and there were no extra blankets for our cold ones. But overall it was a very positive experience. The hostess even bakes bread if you are interested in fresh bread.
