58 guests' feedbackThe chalet was beautiful inside and out. Even though it was a bit chilly, the fireplace really warmed up the living room. The view from the chalet is gorgeous; it's within walking distance from the beach. This place will also be really great in summer.
Unbelievable! The house is comfortable, luxurious and has the most beautiful view of the sea. The layout is practical, we had a great stay with three teenagers. The decor is stylish and you get the feeling that everything has been put together with care and love. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the cleaning service is round the clock. Pack binoculars so you can watch the dolphins. This was an excellent self-catering experience.

We only stayed one night from JHB on our way to Hermanus. We should have stayed here, weather was great, climate is excellent, just the self catering facilities would not have catered for a two week stay with kids. Beautiful location.

This was the perfect way to end our holiday! The unit is stunning with the most beautiful view. A stone's throw from the most beautiful beach. Our souls truly rested here. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice braai on the stoep. The bed sleeps incredibly well and is huge. You can literally lie in bed with your morning coffee and watch the sea. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
The weekend was great, Brenton on Sea is the perfect place to get away, it's quiet and perfect for spending time with loved ones.

Next time we would like more facilities, such as self-catering and better shower facilities. Maybe glass around the tub so it doesn't spill so much on the floor. We will visit again.
The location is perfect for a break away and extremely quite. Enjoyed the stay a lot and will recommend Brenton on Sea Chalets. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
We enjoyed the stay. Clean, neat and well equipped. The only problem is that we were not informed that we could not use the bath due to water restrictions. A hand shower had to be use and no shower facilities available. We have no problem to save water, but not offering a shower was not ideal. We would have preferred to stay in a unit with a shower then.

It was a treat to spend part of our holiday at Brenton on Sea. The landscape is truly breathtaking and the most beautiful part of the Garden Route. Brenton Sea Chalets is a nice cozy place to stay, ideal for 2 people who enjoy the outdoors. The space can sometimes feel a bit cramped if you are a big packer - but the surrounding area and constant sea view make the home one for the books.

Beautiful view. Not recommended for older people who have difficulty walking. May struggle with the stairs. It would make more sense to have the kitchen and living area downstairs near the porch and the braai area and the sleeping area upstairs.

It was fantastic to wake up to the sea view. You can walk down to the sea and buy a coffee at Indigo Deli. It's perfect to start the morning like this.
The service was excellent - our flight was delayed by 2 hours the day we were to check in and it was no problem for them. We had so much fun staying there and had an amazing time there! The view and location are so picturesque and ensure value for money! Would recommend anyone to spend the night there and not just for a short time, because it's definitely worth making a decent trip out of it at the chalets! The service is excellent and the people in incredibly friendly. Thank you very much for the nice time we were able to enjoy there!

Had a very pleasant experience in Brenton on Sea. Master bedroom very spacious and comfortable. Chalet was very clean and tidy. Kitchen very thoroughly equipped. Rooms cleaned every morning.
Pleasant and relaxing, but the WiFi password did not work, lights switches were broken, inconvenienced by kitchen facility upstairs and braai facility on ground floor. Cleaning staff was on point. The beach was within walking distance! Nautilus restaurant's food was delicious scrumptious and all is forgiven. We still managed to enjoy our stay!
The place is very small and does not have a stove.
I don't think it should be recommended as self catering. Place is very cramped.
This is definitely not self-care. No sink to wash your food truck. No shower. No extra blankets. It's very small, WiFi doesn't work, really not pleasant after a day's long drive.

The chalets are really getting a bit dated. Sorry there is no upright postponement. Bubble bath old and didn't want to try full operation. Food preparation devices in our unit flawed.
Beautiful view, stairs hopelessly too slippery when it's raining outside. I slipped on the second step from the top and hurt myself a lot. Wi-Fi weak. Braai facilities not suitable when the wind blows or it rains. House is clean and very nice.
It was unpleasant. Room has no sink in it and no stove to cook something.
