We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at Brentwood Lodge. It is quiet, peaceful and the perfect getaway from the city noise. The owners are very friendly and even upgraded our room upon our arrival. We as a family and our four-legged animal child had a great time.
We picked up my motorcycle and spent the night in Deneysville at Brentwood Lodge on Friday night. We were very warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Everything was very comfortable and the location of Brentwood Lodge is perfect. We will definitely go there again in the future and will definitely recommend them.
Our Lapa was the perfect place for a family of 4. Big rooms and living area. The garden was perfect for sitting outside and playing, and the friendly dog kept the kids entertained. The sound of pigeons in the trees gave it a nice bushveld atmosphere.
I would like to stay longer for the holidays and explore other activities around the area.
Will definitely consider going back.
Sandy en Woody is die perfekte gasvrou en gasheer, en ek kan verstaan dat hulle in reviews so hoog aangeskryf word. Die lodge is netjies, rustig, veilig en baie goed geleë. Gasvryheid en die ekstra myl gaan vir kliënte is beslis deel van hulle daaglikse roetine, en ons het heerlik by hulle gekuier. Sal ons weer daar oornag? Vir seker! Met ons tuiskoms het my man reeds die 2022 langnaweekkalender bestudeer vir moontlikhede.

The place is quiet and the management is welcoming, the braai area is spacious but just needs some lighting to accommodate late braai sessions and I liked the swimming pool.
Owner was very helpful. Chalet was fully equipped. Lawn was well kept and tidy.
Ons is bikers wat die land deur reis en slaap gereeld in plekke soos dié. Woody en sy vrou Sandy is awesome, ons het lekker met hulle gekuier by hulle goed toegeruste kroeg en ook met ander mense van die dorp. Die plek was netjies, báie bekostigbaar, alles het goed gewerk en ons sal graag weer daar oorbly. Gaan loer gerus in!
Everything was friendly and clean. There was only a small problem in getting the Lodge. Streets are not all clearly marked. The lodge's landline is currently out of service, so I was unable to contact them to give my directions. So I had to stop twice to ask other people how to get to the Lodge. Otherwise the stay was good.
Very satisfied. No problems. Could just mention on the booking that the single beds are only for children, before the booking is made.

We loved the breakfast, it was awesome.The unit shown in the picture is exactly the one we were booked into. It afforded us the privacy we deserved. There were no disturbances at all. The unit had enough beds and rooms available for a family. Great space outside, unfortunately it was cold so we couldn't be near the pool. Perhaps extra blankets must be made available in winter and free salt, sugar and tea or coffee must be made available in the rooms (and hopefully DStv in future). Otherwise we loved it and we would go back there anytime. The location is nice and quiet.
Very nice and peaceful, central location, and the host is very friendly.
Bedroom nice. Bath has a crack in it and the hot water not enough for two people to bath. Nice pub.
The afternoon when we checked in everything was fine and ready. We then went to the pond for the afternoon. When we came back just after 6 the bar was already closed. Think they could have at least been open to their guests.
