Everything was very neat. The fridge just didn't cool downstairs.
Very nice lap everything clean they can only treat the microwave with poison full of small quiver roots.
My stay was not as I expected. The mattress was old. Although I complained, they still brought another one, which was even worse and dirty. Cockroaches were everywhere. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned. Sheets and towels were not changed for the duration of the 5 nights I stayed.
For one night ok. Unfortunately no soap and shampoo and very hard towels. It also needs some cock rat treatment.
Keep up the good work and keep us happy if I have to book, I will book at Bronx guest house again.
Absolutely value for money. You get what you pay for. Driver was very considerate. Unfortunately, there were still people in our room when we arrived (unfortunately beyond the Bronx's control), but the manager apologized and reallocated us to one of their "suites".
The host provided the best customer service I could have imagined, but unfortunately the shower had no hot water late at night after we got back from a wedding and the bathroom has black mould on the ceiling and windowsill (other than that and dust on the air-con unit the room was very clean and the bed sheets were a beautiful crisp, clean white). The fridge and kettle with coffee etc was very convenient. If the mould is cleaned and the shower has hot water I would 100% stay there again if I attend another wedding in the area.
Only stayed one night, but was completely tidy, close to everything and safe.
Definitely not 4 star standard. Chair's sponge comes out. Bathroom window has no handle. Only 1 of the 3 lights' bulb works. No boiler. Refrigerator is dirty. Power plug is very dirty. Shower door is dirty. No mat in the shower. No mirror. No place where you can plug in a hair dryer. Reception desk also full of dust.
There was so much light into the room that we couldn't sleep and had to leave at 05:00 to drive home. There was also an eardrum tearing music that just made sleeping totally impossible.
