The unit is clean and comfortable. I was supplied with coffee capsules but no coffee machine. On arrival, I was asked to pay a cash deposit, which I was not happy with. Not everyone carries cash anymore as it is not safe. I was told that if I did an EFT, it would take 7 days for the refund to be processed (also not acceptable). I was also informed that I would have to email the agents to communicate with them (no cell number to communicate with a human). If we had not paid for our booking in advance, I would have gone somewhere else as the attitude from the representative was not good. I was told that I was being difficult.
Hi, just call a day before you check in to make arrangements to get keys. I waited just short of an hour to get access to the units. Make sure you have your R750 cash on hand also for crockery deposit. The place is nice and luxurious, but I wouldn't book there again; their service was very poor.
