16 guests' feedbackThe guest house is ideally located near the university and Loftus. A very special guest house with a lot of atmosphere. A plus was the ample parking for the guests. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. The breakfast was very pleasant.
We had a lovely stay in the Windsor room. We had a friendly reception and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
The guesthouse is beautiful with elegant decor. We were warmly welcomed and even last minute requests were handled positively with a smile. Nice breakfast in the garden. Everything was nice, tidy and comfortable and definitely value for money. We will definitely visit again!

The air conditioning unit in the room works but makes a very disturbing noise. It probably needs to be replaced or serviced. Otherwise, everything was very good and the stay very nice.

Our reservation for the last 2 rooms was not recorded when we got there. The owner was terribly unhelpful and the website says that from their side everything was confirmed with the guest house. Mr. van Heerden then expected the cleaner to make copies of all our IDs which upset us a lot.

A quiet and safe environment in an old fashioned mansion. The house only has its creaking sounds as the morning guests wake up and move around on the wooden floors. The solar addition is fantastic and convenient.
Brooklyn Place has been ideal for us in terms of sports at Affies Hoërskool. Good and professional service and safety tops. It would be a shame if the silence at the guest house had to be disturbed by a generator due to Eskom's load shedding. Our stay was short-lived due to children's sports, but that pool and veranda would be a lovely place to visit if we could stay longer. Pretoria's weather was like in the Boland!
Perfect for business in Brooklyn or even a romantic getaway.
